随着社会老龄化的日益加剧,传统护理人员数量严重不足,迫切需要研发智能化护理装备。国内外针对动态非结构化护理环境的智能护理装备的研发仍很缺乏,亟待突破护理机器人环境感知、物品检测与识别、灵巧作业等关键技术,面向复杂场景护理任务开发实用化智能护理产品,提高护理效率、可靠性与安全性,缓解老龄化引起的社会矛盾。 针对卧床、失能老人护理需求,突破复杂环境下护理安全操作、轻量化灵巧机构设计、动态实时环境感知、物品识别、人机交互、生命健康监护与远程监控、智能家居监控等关键技术,研发具有“人—机—环”协调性和安全性的保姆型和移乘搬运护理机器人,开展典型社区应用示范,形成智能护理解决新方案,提高老人生活质量,为提升我国公共健康保障能力提供科技支撑。 项目以研发保姆、移乘搬运等2款护理机器人为最终目标。保姆机器人具备送餐、喂药等能力,可对多种物体进行操作。移乘搬运机器人具备失能老人的搬运与移乘能力。项目预期将解决老年人和失能患者的护理难题,为实现“人人享有康复服务”的国家战略目标和社会协调发展提供技术支撑;也将引领相关助老助残服务机器人产业向新一代智能服务机器人发展。 With the advent of an aging society,the number of traditional caregivers become seriously insufficient,therefore,it is urgent to develop intelligent nursing equipment.The development of intelligent nursing equipment for dynamic unstructured nursing environment is still lacking whether domestically or internationally.It is urgent to break through the key technologies such as environmental awareness,item detection and identification,smart operation,and development of practical intelligent nursing products for complex scene nursing tasks who can improve care efficiency,reliability and safety,thereby alleviating social conflicts caused by aging. For bedridden,disabled elderly care recipient,breakthrough in complex environment care safety operation,lightweight and smart body design,dynamic real-time environment detection,item identification,human-computer interaction,life health monitoring and remote monitoring,smart home monitoring and other key technologies are of great importance.The development of a nursing and transfer handling robot with“human-machine-environment”coordination and safety can carry out typical community application demonstrations,form a new solution for intelligent nursing,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and improve public health protection in China,thereby providing scientific and technological support for improving China's public health protection capabilities. The project aims to develop two nursing robots,nursing robot and transfer handling robot.The former has the ability to deliver food,feed medicine,etc.and can operate on a variety of objects.While the latter has the ability to transfer disabled old people.The project is expected to solve the nursing problems of the elderly and disabled patients,provide technical support for the realization of the national strategic goal of“Rehabilitation for All”and the coordinated development of society;This project is also supposed to lead the related elderly-aided and disabled-aided service robot industry to a new generation of intelligent services.
