项目标书摘要:The University of Bonn is applying for financial expansion of its publication fund in order to help researchers publish their results in open access. The publication fund, administered by the Bonn University and State Library(USL Bonn),will thus receive high importance and function as the local institution for Open Access financing at the University of Bonn. The project, for which a three-year-funding period is requested, serves to further strengthen the Open Access idea at the University of Bonn and, through the increase in the Open Access Fund,to improve the acceptance of the planned structural changes towards a complete Open Access transformation among researchers. In addition, measures are being taken to monitor the publication output and costs of Open Access at the University of Bonn, which has a strong publication record,in order to be able to control and more precisely allocate the financial volume available for publication services.
