项目标书摘要：乳癌高居台湾女性妇癌发生率第一名，乳癌属於易於早期发现的癌症之一，相关卫教资讯的获得有助於妇女重视健康问题。本计划目的为结合医学保健、护理卫教、资讯沟通设计等领域，了解使用者如何透过线上寻求相关卫教医疗资讯，以及使用卫教资讯网站所提供的辅助工具；以理解定期自我检查、保健资讯、医疗内容与相关诊疗项目与流程，进而影响使用者求医行为、及医疗决策等。期望藉由导入适性化、通用性的设计观念，发展乳癌保健卫教资讯沟通工具与相关网站资讯平台设计，为医疗体系机构与台湾妇女提供线上乳癌卫教保健资讯沟通平台。本研究之结果除提供相关学术研究之参考外，未来期望将此系统提供给台中署立医院使用及健保局、各医院参考，推广并落实「预防胜於治疗」的保健观念。本计划为三年期之研究，如下所述：第一期计划(2010/8/1-2011/7/31):1.与台中署立医院建立三年期合作计划 2.相关理论与文献搜集 3.线上乳癌卫教资讯辅助工具样本收集与分析 4.民众对乳癌卫教资讯需求调查及相关医疗网站使用调查第二期计划(2011/8/1-2012/7/31):1.乳癌卫教网站资讯内容及资料库建构 2.卫教视觉辅助工具发展与设计 3.情境式网站原型概念设计第三期计划(2012/8/1-2013/7/31):1.网站使用性评估 2.临床测试与案例追踪 3.论文撰写与後续建议

Application Abstract: Breast cancer is the first among female cancers,which can be detected in early stage.Thus,in order to prevent female cancers and reduce the possibility;breast cancer examination is the key of national promotion on female health and disease prevention in order to help women paying attention to their health.The aim of this research project is trying to integrate a range of medical care,care education and information communication design.etc,to help people receive breast health care information or guidance and support through the internet.This project will adopt the concept of adaptive,universal design to develop educational information communicating tools for breast health care and construct a communicating platform for women.In order to fulfill the concept of“Prevention is better than treatment”,the immediate control,communication and application of the breast health care information are the significant basic tasks.The results of this research will provide further relevant academies research and the Breast Cancer Health Care Website will be tested and amended in practice by the Department of Health Executive Yuan,Tai Chung Hospital,R.O.C.,and as a reference for the Bureau of National Health Insurance,or other hospitals in the future.A three years research programme is as follows:The Activities of the first year research(2010/8/1-2011/7/31):1.Collaboration project with Department of Health Executive Yuan,Tai Chung Hospital.2.Relative reference survey 3.Interview and questionnaire survey:to understand users’information need for breast cancer and relevant medical care Website utilization.4.Collect and analysis health care aid tools for breast cancer health care educational information through internet.The Activities of the second year research(2011/8/1-2012/7/31):1.Website content of breast cancer health care educational information and database development.2.Health care aid tools development and design.3.Scenario concept development and prototype design.The Activities of the third year research(2012/8/1-2013/7/31):1.Usability evaluation of the model 2.Clinical Trials and case study 3.Write-up and Dissemination
