自身免疫性甲状腺疾病主要包括桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)和Graves病(GD)。临床上一部分GD患者“类似于”HT患者，有易于甲状腺功能减退的可能，识别这部分GD的分子标志物有重要意义。前期研究发现UGRP1是识别HT较为敏感的指标之一，在此基础上,UGRP阳性GD患者与UGRP阴性GD患者甲状腺组织的分子生物学特征，临床特征有何不同，前者是否倾向于甲状腺功能减退。 Autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD)mainly includes Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)and Graves disease(GD).A small number of patients with GD are prone to hypothyroidism,which is the clinical feature of HT.It is important to identify the molecular markers in the early stage of this part of GD.Based on our previous studies,UGRP is a sensitive indicator to identify HT from non autoimmune thyroid disease.In this study we mainly focus on the difference of molecular characterization between UGRP-positive and UGRP-negative thyroid tissue from GD and whether the former is similar to HT.
