本研究涉及4个全氟烯醚(全氟甲基乙烯基醚、全氟乙基乙烯基醚、全氟丙基乙烯基醚、全氟磺酰基乙烯基醚)的关键生产技术研究和产业化研究。这些全氟烯醚是氟化工行业中含氟聚合物的关键共聚单体，可以合成诸如航空航天工业用氟醚橡胶、燃料电池及氯碱工业用离子交换膜、电子工业有特殊用途的可熔性聚合物PFA及MFA、航空航海用电线缆外皮的改性聚全氟乙丙烯等重要产品。本研究解决了一系列全氟烯醚系列产品生产的关键技术，如：主要原材料甲酰氟和三氟乙酰氟的提纯分离和精制、中间体酰氟合成溶剂选择、中间体酰氟合成使用的催化剂选择、脱羧反应过程及其反应器的研究、各全氟烯醚产品的精制提纯工艺条件、产品的分析检测方法研究等，最终建成其各年产40吨的生产装置，生产出符合聚合要求的产品并已销售到国内外多家氟化工企业。On the indusrial synthesis of four perfluorinated vinyl ethers(perfluoromethyl vinyl ether,perfluoroethyl vinyl ether,perfluoropropyl vinyl ether,perfluorosulfonyl vinyl ether),we studied the key technonolgy in this study.These perfluorinated vinyl ethers are the key co-monomers of some special fluoropolymers and can be used to synthesize such as fluoroether elastomers for the aerospace industry,ion exchange membranes in the fuel cells and chlor-alkali industries,PFA and MFA used for the micro-electronics industry,special modified FEP for the Aeronautical,and many other important products.Some key technologies for the production of these perfluorinated vinyl ethers products are solved,such as the separation and purification of the main raw materials such as carbonyl fluoride and trifluoroacetyl fluoride,the solvents and catalysts needed for the synthesis of the intermediates,the study of the decarboxylation reaction process and its reactor,the products purification process and the conditions,the analysis processes.On the basis of the study we built a pilot plant of an annual capacity of 40 tons,and have produced these perfluorinated vinyl ethers for many domestic and foreign fluorine chemical enterprises.
