中药生产过程中存在的提取浓缩加工能耗高、挥发油提取率低等问题是中药行业面临的两个主要共性技术难题。为了解决两大难题,本课题利用先进的科学技术,开展适应中药特点的新型MVR节能浓缩技术和新型中药挥发油提取技术研究,从而达到降低生产成本,节约能源和保护环境,保证产品质量,提高生产效率和自动化水平的目标。 本课题主要开展了适应中药特点的新型MVR节能浓缩技术和新型中药挥发油提取技术的开发研究,在此基础上对现有生产设备进行更新和改造,对不同类型产品进行改造前后的提取能耗和质量指标对比。 在浓缩节能技术研究中,本课题完成了适应中药特点的MVR节能浓缩技术开发研究,解决了中药提取液浓缩时出现的起泡问题、粘性问题、结垢问题、蒸发模式、设备布局、清洗问题等6大问题;完成了10个中药品种的节能浓缩工艺中试及大生产验证工作和能耗、质量等技术指标比较研究,结果显示,MVR节能浓缩设备浓缩对比单效浓缩设备能够大大减少蒸汽用量,节能环保效果显著,同时对比品种的质量指标无差异;完成了2台套大生产浓缩设备的更新与改造,实现了产业化应用,并实现了浓缩节能1000万元以上、减少二氧化碳等污染物排放的目标。 在挥发油提取技术研究中,本课题完成了新型中药挥发油提取技术开发研究,对设备的提取罐、管阀、保温、冷凝器、油水分离器等进行了技术改造;完成了10个中药品种的挥发油提取中试及大生产工艺验证工作和挥发油提取率等比较研究,结果显示,新型挥发油提取设备提油率均可达到实验室提油率的60%以上;完成了5台套大生产挥发油提取设备的更新与改造,实现了产业化应用,并实现了提高挥发油提取率和药材利用率、减少提取时间、降低生产成本和保证药品质量的目标。 本课题通过开发适合中药特点的新型MVR浓缩节能技术和新型中药挥发油提取技术,降低了中药生产过程中的能源消耗,减少了污染物排放,提高了挥发油提取率及含挥发油产品的一次生产合格率,达到了减少环境污染、实现绿色生产、保证产品质量和疗效稳定的目标,为中药行业起到了示范带动作用。 The problems of high energy consumption in the process of extraction and concentration and low extraction rate of volatile oil are two common technical problems in traditional Chinese medicine industry.In order to solve the two problems,the research on the new MVR energy saving concentration technology and the new extraction technology of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine were developed by using advanced science and technology,so as to reduce the production costs,save the energy and protect environment,ensure the product quality,improve production efficiency and automation level. The project mainly carried out the study of a new MVR energy saving concentration technology and a new extraction technology of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine.The existing production equipments were renewed and renovated.The energy consumption and quality index of different types of products were compared before and after modification. In the research of concentrating energy saving technology,the project completed the research and development of MVR energy saving concentrating technology which adapted to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.The problems of foaming,stickiness,scaling,evaporation mode,equipment layout and cleaning in the process of concentration were solved.The pilot scale test and large scale production verification of energy saving concentration process for 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine had been completed.The energy consumption and quality indexes had been compared.The results showed that MVR energy saving enrichment equipment could greatly reduced the steam consumption,saved energy and protected the environment.At the same time,there were no differences in the quality index of the comparison products.The renovation and transformation of 2 sets of large scale production enrichment equipment had been completed,and the industrial application had been realized.The targets of energy saving over 10 million yuan and emission reduction of Carbon Dioxide and other pollutants had been achieved. In the research of volatile oil extraction technology,the research and development of new volatile oil extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine was completed,and the equipment of extraction tank,pipe valve,heat preservation,condenser,oil-water separator and so on were improved.The comparative studies on the extraction of volatile oil from 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out.The results showed that the extraction rate of volatile oil by the new extraction equipment could reached more than 60%of that in the laboratory.5 sets of equipment for extracting volatile oil in large scale production had been upgraded and renovated,and the industrial application had been realized The objective of improving the extraction rate of volatile oil and the utilization rate of medicinal materials,reducing the extraction time,reducing the production costs and ensuring the quality of drugs were achieved. Through the development of a new MVR concentration energy saving technology and a new extraction technology of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine,the energy consumption and pollutant emission in the production of traditional Chinese medicine were reduced,the extraction rate of volatile oil and the qualified rate of primary production of products containing volatile oil were increased.The project had achieved the goal of reducing environmental pollution,realizing green production,ensuring the product quality and the stable of curative effect and had played a demonstration and driving role for Chinese medicine industry.
