Application Abstract: This plan studies to treat the recovery of refrigerant from waste motor vehicles this studies will provide EPA the most appropriate treatment plan and management recommendations.The plan has analyzed the international technologies for the destruction of refrigerants used in waste motor vehicles and assessed the localized technologies for refrigerant Recycling processing of waste motor vehicles.In addition,the project has already conducted the tests of HFC-134a and CFC-12 plasma scrubber treatment,and the detroy rate reach 99.99%.It also has initially established a dedicated management system webpage.It would be more efficiency to detroy the refrigerant waste.
