项目标书摘要:基于前两年对钛板双焊枪钨极氩弧焊和激光焊技术基础研究,本年度重点开展了卷焊钛管工业化制造成套设备及生产技术研究,以及海洋环境中卷焊钛管的应用研究。研究搭建了卷焊钛管焊接多功能成套设备生产线,并在此生产线上完成了卷焊钛管双电极双焊枪和电弧辅助激光焊接小批量试生产,结果表明:该生产线能实现卷焊钛管的高效、连续生产,并能实现激光及电弧焊接控制、焊接电弧实时观察等系统等多种控制功能;所焊钛管组织及性能基本满足课题立项考核指标要求。同时,通过海洋环境中卷焊钛管应用研究表明:所构建的卷焊钛管动态海水腐蚀评价方法能用于薄壁卷焊钛管在低温多效蒸馏海洋环境中的应用评价。

Application Abstract: Based on the research on double-torch tungsten inert gas welding and laser welding of titanium plates in recent two years,we focused on the research on the complete set of equipment and production technology for the industrial production of welded titanium tubes,as well as the application research of welded titanium tubes in marine environments this year.We set up a multi-functional complete set of titanium tube welding equipment production line,and completed small-scale trial production of welded titanium tube using double electrode,double welding gun and arc-assisted laser welding on this production line.The result shows that this production line can realize the efficient and continuous production of welded titanium tubes,and can achieve various control functions such as laser and arc welding control and real-time observation of welding arc.The microstructure and properties of the welded titanium tubes basically meet the project evaluation index requirements.At the same time,the application research of welded titanium tube in marine environment shows that the constructed method of dynamic seawater corrosion evaluation of welded titanium tube can be used to evaluate the thin-walled welded titanium tube in the low temperature multi-effect distillation marine environment.
