项目标书摘要:村宅量大、偏远、取费低,设计难到户;过去靠省市发示范户型,难普及且易千村一面。计划开发人工智能促进设计下乡:依据类型学从原型生成变体的原理,训练AI学习民间智慧和现代设计经验,生成方案发送手机。内容有:1整理优秀传统及当代民居,细分类型和参数,建立包含形态、材料、技术、地域等多维信息的样本数据库,并加入设计师评分、规范、常见问题及对策;2采用卷积神经网络和深度学习技术,对环境、功能、造价、形态等设计控制要素参数化处理,通过大量案例不断训练,形成AI设计系统;3用手机采集基地、功能、造价等信息,提交云端由后台AI完成模式识别,生成基本布局;服务器调用样本库,智能优选形式、材料、细部等要素,生成3D漫游方案推送到手机。如此“一键式”设计,可使方案多样、直观、科学,并推广适宜技术、乡土材料。预留施工、BIM、规划管理的接口,汇集用户信息,未来还可构建从设计、施工到决策的“智慧乡村”平台。

Application Abstract: The rural residences are large in numbers,remote,and low in fees.The design is difficult to get to every household.The past way of depending on the construction hall to exhibit a model house is hard to be popularized and all the villages end up the same appearances.This case develops artificial intelligence to promote design to the countryside,dispatches machine learning folk wisdom and modern design experience,models on the method of typology to generate variants from prototypes,and generates solutions through mobile phone interaction.The content includes:1Sorting out a large number of traditional and contemporary dwellings,subdividing types and parameters,and establishing a sample database containing multi-dimensional information such as form,technology,materials,and region,adding designer ratings to it.2Using convolutional neural networks and deep learning techniques to parameterize the spatial organization,morphological elements,material strategies and other factors that affect the design,and through a large number of continuously case training to form an AI design system.3Using the mobile phone to collect information such as base,function,cost,etc.Submitting it to the cloud to the background AI to complete the pattern recognition,and generate a basic layout;then the server calls the sample database,intelligently optimizes the form,materials,details and other elements to generate a 3D roaming solution and push it to the mobile phone.Such"One-Button"design can make the program more diverse,intuitive,and scientific.And promoting appropriate technology and local materials;reserving interfaces for docking BIM parts,construction management,planning management,and collecting user information,and in the future,the“smart village”platform from design,construction to decision making can be built.

本课题通过人工智能设计系统“一键式”快速生成乡村住宅。首先,发掘乡村住宅设计的原型和变体,梳理乡村住宅平面立面等信息组成乡村住宅综合数据库,总结经典民居户型,找出其特征要素,进行分类标注,形成深度学习可训练数据集。其次,通过对抗生成网络(GAN)、扩散模型以及机器视觉,训练针对乡村住宅的平面、立面和村落总平面的生成模型。然后,针对深度学习网络难以生成乡村住宅和总平面细节等问题,通过编写参数化模型等方式,对乡村住宅和村落总平面进行细化。最后,使用Python作为主体编程语言实现语义分割、目标检测、模型训练、推理生成等功能,前后端通过AJAX技术实现异步交互,并将结果推送到用户界面,实现了多平台可交互“一键式”可视化设计系统。研究亮点有:①首次通过平面数据之间的色彩关联,在GAN中实现两层平面关联式生成。②多次采集整理传统匠作歌诀,编写乡村住宅木构架参数化模型。③运用机器视觉,从建筑构件、材料等对传统乡村住宅立面风貌进行识别。④首次将GAN用于山地村落总平面生成,通过图像等效地理尺度控制比例。

    当前我国乡村地区人口外流现象普遍,部分乡村地区衰退已成事实。近年来,住房和城乡建设部在全国范围内开展了乡村建设评价工作,目的在于探寻我国乡村建设的问题和短板,旨在更好地指导乡村空间布局优化。本研究聚焦乡村空间重构策略与方法,以湖北省当阳市156个行政村为研究对象,运用MCR最小累积阻力模型、电路理论和网络分析方法构建当阳市乡村空间的网络模型,分别从廊道、核心村和子群3个维度解析网络特征。研究结果表明:1)当阳市乡村空间网络核心廊道呈“Y”字形沿沮漳河分布,平原地区廊道联系紧密,西部山区的廊道联系较弱;2)高平均度值村落沿沮漳河形成三大高密度分布组团,高中介中心性值村落呈“C”字形分布;3)基于社区发现算法共划分5个子群且呈集聚分布特性。基于此提出“子群+核心村”的空间重构策略,为当阳市乡村空间布局优化提供科学依据,助力乡村振兴。

    Embracing sustainable strategies that consider Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) has become a rapidly growing trend in urban development. Continued uncertainty on the sustainability assessment of design could drive a series of indecisive decision -making among design alternatives, further disrupting the potential opportunities toward sustainable DfMA. However, there is a lack of research on sustainable design assessments for DfMA and establishing a sustainable index. This research establishes an integrated value model for the sustainability assessment framework and DfMA sustainability index to address this challenge. This model integrates Building Information Modelling (BIM) with MIVES, a customisable Multi -Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) tool. The pilot case of this framework is the retrofit of a commercial building's facade system, which demonstrated the capability of the proposed framework. Data collection and analysis include the comparisons between five design alternatives. This research furthers previous studies and has three -fold significance: 1) Establishing reasonable multi -criteria for the sustainable DfMA indices; 2) Adapting the MIVES approach for comparative analysis across three building phases to make it compatible with DfMA; 3) developing a quantitative analysis method for sustainable design assessment of DfMA in the construction industry.

  • 3.Identification and Hierarchy of Traditional Village Characteristics Based on Concentrated Contiguous Development—Taking 206 Traditional Villages in Hubei Province as an Example

    Public policy for the preservation and development of traditional villages in China has witnessed a shift.That is from the equal distribution of finances to officially recognised traditional villages to the prioritisation of the development of more potential traditional villages that stimulate the development of surrounding villages and regions.This study takes 206 traditional villages in Hubei Province as an example and proposes a method framework for‘Feature identification,Hierarchical classification(FIHC)that combines field research,spatial geography and spatial network methods.The results of spatial geography show that traditional villages in Hubei province are unevenly distributed,mainly along the mountain ranges in the east and west,with scattered distribution in the central plains.The kernel density result reveals“3+2 high-density hotspot zones”(A,B,and C are high-density areas,whereas D and E are low-density areas).Furthermore,the results of the spatial network appear that the traditional villages’ecological situation in Zone A is better than in other areas,but their transportation accessibility and economy are poor;Zone B villages’transportation accessibility is better than in other areas;Zone C has the best economy;and three conditions of traditional villages in the D and E zones are poor.FIHC can identify villages with more development potential and stratify these villages in a multidimensional way.It is innovative and an important contribution to policymakers and planners in developing‘phased and focused’public policies and rural planning.

    This study aims to use modularity to impact various facets of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and explore the relationship between product modularity, process modularity, and DfMA within the context of Offsite Construction (OSC). The study fills this gap through an exploratory single case study by identifying perceptual measures of these three concepts. The study shows the alignment between multi-dimensionality of modularity, such as product modularity and process modularity, enhances the capability of DfMA. From a modularity perspective, the reconfiguration of abstraction, information hiding, and interface is an essential strategy to change the traditional design process. This reconfiguration is to adapt to the new scenarios brought by OSC and digital fabrication technologies and the new design tasks associated with these scenarios. This study has theoretical implications for the modular approach to DfMA and practical implications for those who expect digital fabrication techniques in offsite construction.

    巴东野三关是一个有着多种民族特色,历史悠久的古镇,其传统民居兼具土、汉特征,特色鲜明,是湖北省宝贵的传统建筑文化遗产。野三关地处高山多雨地区,气候潮湿,年平均气温偏低,是理想的避暑胜地。经过千百年的历史洗礼和自然衍化,该地区的传统民居在适应气候特征的设计方面逐渐形成了自身特殊的形式和做法,特别是在防潮技术上有着突出的表现。本文旨在通过现场调研、测绘和文献查阅,探索野三关传统民居在防潮技术上的特殊技艺和生成原因,总结其对于鄂西南山地潮湿地区传统民居气候适应性的应对策略和存在价值,以期深化该地区传统建筑文化的研究,为实现国家脱贫致富和乡村振兴等战略的实施提供理论上的支持。

    鄂东北传统聚落中的气候策略贯穿了总体布局、建筑单体乃至细部。“外石内木”及“天井式”的单体构成,使民居像楔子般扎入到土地之中,抵御外界不良气候,围护出受环境干扰较小的内部空间。这种内向式布局使得聚落得以密集建造,从而优化整体的热工性能并节约用地,我们称之为有机密集。其特征在于顺应地势、狭窄的“凉巷”系统、建筑形体前高后低、以天井为单元、密集建造等。这些气候适宜性策略,有利于在城镇化过程中建设适应地域气候的节能、节地型乡村聚落。

    以鄂东北地区传统民居中的被动式自然通风技术为研究对象,通过CFD技术对传统民居空间设计和空间通风规律进行挖掘。首先,利用FLUENT软件计算了传统民居建筑室内外风环境的特征,并且通过实际调研所测量的数据来对模拟数据的准确性进行一定程度上的验证,从而证明CFD模拟软件的可靠性,并对其结果进行了评价总结。然后对弯水和槽门住宅进行优化开窗设计,观察其通风性能的提升程度,并总结分析,希望能客观真实地揭示鄂东北地区传统民居的通风特点,并将这些传统经验和智慧进行继承和更新,用于现代建筑设计之中。
