项目标书摘要:为丰富宁德市观赏蔬菜种质资源,对32个观光瓜果蔬菜品种进行引种栽培,利用层次分析法,对其生长状况和观赏价值进行综合评价,设置不同的播种期对6种观光瓜果蔬菜生育期影响,以椰糠、香菇菌渣、金针菇菌渣和黑木耳菌渣为栽培基质,研究不同配比基质的理化性质及其对观赏南瓜农艺性状、产量和品质的影响,并以筛选出配方为栽培基质,研究5种不同施肥模式对基质栽培观赏南瓜农艺性状、产量和品质的影响,主要结果如下:(1)进行评价的 32种观光瓜果蔬菜品种分为 3 个等级,其中 A 级(V≥4.000)为综合评价值高的种类,合计5种;B 级(3.000≤V<4.000)为综合评价值良好的种类,合计16种;C 级(2.000≤V<3.000)为综合评价值一般的种类,合计11种。根据综合评价结果,筛选出21个观光瓜果蔬菜品种在宁德市推广应用。(2)筛选出适宜我市十一、元旦等重要节假日的“韩香栗南瓜”、“橘宝甜椒”等6种观光瓜果蔬菜的播种期、全生育期和观赏期,为延长观光瓜果蔬菜的观赏价值提供理论依据。(3)配方C(椰糠:香菇菌渣:金针菇菌渣=1:1:1)为筛选后的最佳观赏南瓜栽培基质配方,其理化性质适宜,能促进观赏南瓜的生长发育,有利于提高观赏南瓜的品质。(4)初步筛选出腐熟稻秆和化肥各半、腐熟羊粪和化肥各半、商品有机肥和化肥各半等3种配方施肥模式,应用于基质栽培观赏南瓜。

Application Abstract: In order to enrich the ornamental vegetables resources in Ningde,the growth and the ornamental value of 32 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables were evaluated by means of analytic hierarchy process.The research set different seeding time on effects of growth period in 6 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables.The research took coco coir,shiitake mushroom residue,enoki mushroom residue and black fungus residue as culture substrate.The physical and chemical properties of the substrates and their effect on agronomic traits,yield and quality in ornamental pumpkin were investigated to screen out the optimum medium formula.Taking screened out formula as culture substrate,studied the effects of 5 fertilization modes on agronomic traits,yield and quality of ornamental pumpkin in substrate culture.The main results were as follows.(1)The results showed that there were three quality grades of the 32 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables,the comprehensive evaluation value of 5 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables had excellent grade(A)with the ornamental value more than 4.000,16 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables had good grade(B)with the ornamental value between 3.000 and 4.000,11 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables had general grade(C)with the ornamental value between 2.000 and 3.000.21 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables were suitable to be popularized and applied in Ningde.(2)The results screened out the seeding time,growth period and ornamental period of 6 varieties of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables which were suitable to enjoy them in important holidays and festivals,such as National and New Year’s Day,and provided theoretical basic to extend the ornamental value of ornamental melon and solanaceous vegetables.(3)The results showed that formula C composed of coco coir,shiitake mushroom residue and enoki mushroom residue with the ratio of 1:1:1 had suitable physical and chemical properties for soilless culture in ornamental pumpkin,which could accelerate growth,development and quality.(4)The results showed that 3 fertilization modes were screened for substrate culture in ornamental pumpkin,including combined rotten sheep manure and chemical fertilizer,combined rotten rice straw fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,and commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer.
