项目标书摘要：本项目围绕食管癌专病队列标准和规范制定、生物样本库和信息库建立、队列人群终点结局动态随访、食管癌专病队列资源共享使用等四个关键科学问题，主要开展以下研究:1构建5个食管癌专病队列，包括规范化诊疗临床队列、早期癌及其癌前病变微创治疗队列、遗传家系队列、高发现场人群前瞻性队列和城市社区人群前瞻性队列;2建立食管癌及其癌前病变全疾病谱生物样品库，构建与之匹配的包括流行病学、临床诊治以及结局随访等综合信息的大数据库体系;3为食管癌的精准研究搭建资源和数据共享平台。目前已形成食管癌专病队列建立所需的各类标准规范，包括中晚期食管癌临床诊治标准规范、早期食管癌微创治疗标准规范、家族遗传信息调查标准规范、农村高发现场和城市社区人群的危险因素调查标准规范。截止2019年11月,5个专病队列平均队列建立完成率、血液/组织样本采集完成率达到80%;数据信息完整率达到95%,失访率低于5%。
Application Abstract: The project focuses on four key scientific issues,including standards development for esophageal cancer specific cohort,establishment of biobank and database,dynamic follow-up and outcomes collection,and date sharing.The objectives are:1To establish five esophageal cancer cohort,including standardized diagnosis and treatment of clinical cohort,minimally invasive treatment of early stage and precancerous lesion cohort,genetic lineage cohort,prospective cohort based on rural high risk area population and urban community.2To build up the whole spectrum biobank of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions,and the matched database system containing information on epidemiology,clinical diagnosis and treatment and outcomes follow-up.3To build resources and data sharing platform for the precise study of esophageal cancer.At present,various standard for the establishment of esophageal cancer specific cohort have been formed,including standard of clinical diagnosis and treatment of advanced esophageal cancer,standard of minimally invasive treatment for early esophageal cancer,standards for family genetic information survey,and standard for the investigation of risk factors in rural high-risk areas and urban community et al.Up to November 2019,the average completion rate of cohorts establishment and the collection of blood/tissue samples reached 80%;the complete rate of data information reached 95%,and the rate of lost follow-up was less than 5%.
