设计了与热透镜焦距相匹配的凹凸谐振腔,达到了明显的热补偿效果,实现100Hz高重复频率灯泵Cr,Er:YSGG激光大能量输出。静态运转时,凹凸腔最大输出能量为62.3mJ,对比了平平腔和凹凸腔的输出能量,在同等注入能量时,凹凸腔提高了2.9倍。调Q运转时100Hz实现单脉冲能量4.3mJ,脉宽107.6ns激光输出,脉冲序列实现20mJ能量输出。探究Cr,Er:YSGG激光与酸蚀技术联合应用对提高楔状缺损冠向粘结面剪切粘结强度的作用及扫描电镜下观察处理后牙面微观形貌特征变化。Cr,Er:YSGG 激光联合全酸蚀或自酸蚀对提高楔状缺损的剪切粘结强度具有潜在的临床应用价值。对比了不同Cr,Er:YSGG激光参数和酸蚀剂处理后的牙本质与通用粘接剂间的剪切力强度。光纤头固定在根管入口处比较不同功率的Cr,Er:YSGG激光活化荡洗(LAI)对根管壁上玷污层的去除效果。在冠部1/3,1.0 W LAI组清除玷污层比注射冲洗组和超声荡洗组更为有效(P<0.05),在根中1/3和根尖1/3,1.0 W LAI组与超声荡洗组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但比其他两组更为有效(P<0.05)。结论光纤头置于根管入口处且功率为1.0 W的Cr,Er:YSGG激光LAI可有效去除玷污层,且优于0.5 W LAI组和注射冲洗组,并在冠部1/3优于超声荡洗组。探究应用不同功率Cr,Er:YSGG激光清除喷砂酸蚀(SLA)钛表面牙龈卟啉单胞菌生物膜的效果。1.5 W、30 Hz的Cr,Er:YSGG 激光可以安全有效地清除SLA 钛表面牙龈卟啉单胞菌生物膜A concave-convex resonator was used to compensate for the thermal focal length,which obvious realizes the high energy output of Cr,Er:YSGG lasers at 100 Hz pumped by a flash lamp.The maximum output energy of the concave-convex cavity is 62.3mJ,which is 2.9 times the maximum with a plane-parallel cavity when the same energy is injected in free-running operation.A passively Q-switched 2.79μm laser using a Fe2+:ZnSe saturable absorber was demonstrated in this research.The device produced single pulses of 4.3 mJ energy with 107.6 ns pulse width and multi-pulses(5 pulses)with 20 mJ total output energy at 100 Hz.To explore the effect of the combination of Cr,Er:YSGG laser and acid etching technology on improving the shear bond strength of the crown-facing bonding surface of wedge-shaped defects and observe the changes of the morphological features of the treated tooth surface under scanning electron microscope.Cr,Er:YSGG laser combined with total-etching or self-acid-etching has potential clinical application value in improving adhesion of wedge-shaped defects.The aim of the study was to evaluate the bond strength of universal adhesives to dental after nanosecond and microseconds pulses width Cr,Er:YSGG laser irradiation.the shear bond strength was tested,the data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance(ANOVA).Nanosecond pulses width laser-prepared group showed significantly higher bond strength values than in microseconds pulses width laser group and self-etch mode group,and the SEM photographs also showed more dentinal tubules and no damage in the ablation area.Long pulse width laser only has high shear bond strength when it is combined with self-etching agent at low energy,but high energy laser seemed to be provide some negative benefits on shear bond strength.The pulse width of Cr,Er:YSGG laser affect the bond strength,nanosecond pulses width laser irradiation without water cooling enhance bond strength,The microsecond long pulses laser,however,showed the opposite.To explore the effect of using Cr,Er:YSGG laser with different power to remove the Porphy-romonas gingivalis(P.gingivalis)biofilm on sandblasted,large-grit,acid-etched(SLA)surface.Methods P.1.5 W,30Hz Cr,Er:YSGG laser can safely and effectively remove the P.gingivalis biofilm on the SLA surface.
