项目标书摘要:本文报道了三种调Q Er,Cr:YSGG激光器和子脉冲模式Er:YAG激光。高重复频率Er,Cr:YSGG激光使用非偏振声光调Q开关,平凸谐振腔补偿高重频泵浦导致的热透镜,在100 Hz-300Hz重复频率下获得2.79 μm调Q激光输出。其中重频100 Hz时的激光脉冲能量为800 μJ,脉宽72 ns,峰值功率11180.6 W。如此高重复频率的调Q Er,Cr:YSGG激光器我们未见他人报道。同时,在调Q和静态激光模式下辐照人离体牙齿,实验结果表明,声光调Q Er,Cr:YSGG激光在提高消融效率与形貌,保护牙髓组织方面具有优势。研究了子脉冲宽度对脉冲序列(QSP)模式下铒激光消融效果的影响。实验中使用的激光光源选用脉冲序列(QSP)模式,重复频率为20Hz,脉冲能量为45mJ,激光脉冲序列(QSP)单脉冲的脉宽分别设置为20μs,30μs,40μs,50μs,在无冷却水雾条件下对比了四个参数对牙齿牙本质消融坑洞微结构的影响。实验结果表明,脉冲序列(QSP)模式下的铒激光的脉冲宽度越窄,牙本质底部牙小管开放程度越高,从而提高激光的牙本质消融效果。实验研究结果有助于对铒激光在脉冲序列(QSP)模式下对牙本质消融特性进行深入了解,并对激光牙科治疗仪未来发展提供参考作用。
Application Abstract: There Q-switch Er:YSGG and a pulse sequence(QSP)mode Er:YAG laser are reported.An LD-pumped high-repetition-rate acousto-optic Q-switch Er:YSGG laser utilizing a TeO2 crystal as an acousto-optic Q-switch is proposed and demonstrated.The thermal lensing effect caused by the high-repetition-rate pump is compensated by a plano-convex laser resonator.As a result,a Q-switched 2.79 μm laser with a repetition rate of 100-300 Hz is obtained.When a 100 Hz repetition rate a 1 mJ pulse energy and a76 ns pulse duration are employed,the corresponding peak power is 13.2 kW.To the best of our knowledge,this laser offers the highest pulse energy among Q-switched 2.79 μm lasers with pulse repetition rates above one hundred hertz.The effect of sub-pulse width on erbium laser ablation in pulse sequence(QSP)mode was investigated.The Er:YAG laser in pulse sequence(QSP)mode,with a repetition frequency of 20Hz and pulse energy of 45mJ,is used in this experiment.The pulse width of the single pulse of the pulse sequence(QSP)mode was set as 20μs,30μs,40μs and 50μs,respectively.The influence of the four parameters on the microstructure of the ablation of dentin was compared without the cooling water mist.The experimental results showed that the narrower the pulse width of erbium laser in pulse sequence(QSP)mode,the higher the degree of opening of the dental tubules at the bottom of dentin,so as to improve the effect of dentin ablation by laser.The experimental results are helpful for further understanding of the ablation characteristics of dentin by using erbium laser in pulse sequence(QSP)mode,and provide reference for the fμtμre development of laser dental instrument
