项目标书摘要:本研究针对城镇生活不同用水对象和用水特征,从节流、开源、管理三个层面,以“5R”为主线,系统开展了研究并进行了相应的示范应用。在产品方面,已研发了无水冲负压小便器和负压座/蹲便器各1种、以负压适配器为基础的常规重力流便器1种和负压座/蹲便器1种、负压管道适配器1台(套)以及紧凑型负压收集器2种。在工艺技术方面,用于黑水/黄水/杂排水的分质收集,重力流与负压互联式输送技术开发已基本完成,同时开展了黑水的营养物采用微生物燃料电池处理回收能源以及高负荷活性污泥法(HRAS)辅助化学强化絮凝对黑水营养物回收的研究、灰水MBR和BAF净化并回用于家庭冲厕的水质稳定性研究、采用改性木屑构建复合土壤表层消减径流雨水污染物的技术研究、储存材料对雨水储存过程中生物安全性的影响研究、一体式无动力旋流沉淀膜过滤反应器处理雨水效果研究。基于再生水水源选择、处理工艺效能、输配系统稳定、终端储水等环节,明晰了不同再生水源的水质特性差异,评估了再生水处理工艺不同类水源差异的适应性,明确了不同管材输配系统的水质稳定性,以及再生水终端储水过程中的水质变化;此外,进行了节水器具使用情况调研,城市多水源水质特点与水量及供需平衡分析,提出了整体联动式水价体系概念和计算公式,并采用层次分析法,分别从用水类型、水质型缺水城市节水和节水管理水平三个方面出发构建了节水水平评价指标体系基本框架。
Application Abstract: Aiming at different objects and characteristics of urban domestic water usage,the researches were systematically carried out and the demonstrate projects were being established according to the"5R"system from three aspects of broadening source of water,reducing water expenditure and enhancing water management.In terms of products,we have developed one anhydrous flushing negative pressure urinal and one negative pressure seat/squat toilet.One conventional gravity flow toilet and negative pressure seat/squat toilet based on negative pressure adapter were also designed.Besides,one set of negative pressure pipeline adapter and two kinds of compact negative pressure collector were also produced.In terms of technology,the development of gravity flow and negative pressure interconnected transportation technology has been basically completed for the collection of black water/yellow water/miscellaneous drainage.At the same time,the nutrient recovery from black water by microbial fuel cell treatment and chemical enhanced flocculation assisted by high-load activated sludge process(HRAS)were studied.The water quality stability of grey water purified by MBR and BAF and reused for home toilet flushing was also studied.The technology of using modified sawdust to construct composite soil surface layer to reduce runoff rainwater pollutants was studied.The effects of storage materials on biological safety during rainwater storage were studied.The effect of integrated non-dynamic cyclone sedimentation membrane filter reactor on rainwater treatment was also studied.Furthermore,based on the selection of reclaimed water source,the efficiency of treatment process,the stability of transportation and distribution system and terminal water storage,the differences of water quality characteristics of different reclaimed water sources are clarified.The adaptability of different types of water sources in reclaimed water treatment process is evaluated.The water quality stability of different pipeline transportation and distribution systems and the changes of water quality in the process of terminal water storage of reclaimed water are clarified.In addition,the use of water-saving appliances was investigated,the characteristics of multi-source water quality,water quantity and balance between supply and demand were analyzed,and the concept and calculation formula of integrated linkage water price system were put forward.The basic framework of water-saving e
