目前我国每年产的农作物废弃物超亿吨,但由于农作物废弃物循环利用的工艺简单、生产效率低、产品附加值不高,主要集中在材料化、燃料化、基质化、青贮饲料等浅层次粗放利用,绝大部分资源尚未得到高附加值、高效率的利用,不仅造成资源浪费且污染环境。农作物废弃物中含有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力、杀菌等种类繁多、功效特殊的活性成分,是新型有机生物肥、饲料添加剂、食品添加剂、化妆品乃至药品的产品开发的重要活性成分来源,其分离加工检测评价技术日益引起科研人员的广泛关注,具有重要的研究意义。本课题建立了茄尼醇、多酚类、芒果苷等活性成分的高效分离提取加工技术和快速准确检测方法,制订了相关检测技术的国家标准。开展马铃薯叶、花生壳、芒果叶等大宗农作物废弃物活性成分提取纯化加工技术与标准样品研制,研制了高纯度、基准性的茄尼醇、色原酮、圣草酚、芒果苷等国家标准样品。 At present,China produces more than 100 million tons of crop waste every year,but due to the simple process of crop waste recycling,low production efficiency,and low added value of products,it is mainly concentrated in shallow layers such as materialization,fuelization,matrix,silage.Most of the resources have not been used with high added value and high efficiency,which not only causes waste of resources and pollutes the environment.Crop waste contains a wide variety of active ingredients with special effects such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,immunity enhancement,sterilization.It is an important source of active ingredients for the development of new organic biological fertilizers,feed additives,food additives,cosmetics,and even pharmaceuticals.The separation processing detection and evaluation technology has increasingly attracted wide attention of researchers and has important research significance.In this paper,high-efficiency separation,extraction,processing technology and rapid and accurate detection methods for active ingredients such as solanesol,polyphenols,and mangiferin were established,and national standards for related detection technologies were formulated.Developed extraction and purification technology and standard samples of active ingredients of bulk crop wastes such as potato leaves,peanut shells,mango leaves and developed high-purity,benchmark solanesol,chromone,holy phenol,mangiferin and other national standards sample.

我国是世界上农作物废弃物产出量最大的国家,每年高达数亿吨。目前如何实现农业废弃物的高值化利用成为研究的新热点,其中农业废弃物活性成分的分离已成为国内外研究的焦点,但活性成分的分离检测仍集中在较为传统的方法和手段,分离效率低,周期长,分离活性成分的种类有限,可以制备成标准样品的更是屈指可数;普遍缺乏活性成分分离检测过程中涉及的质量标准和关键共性技术等方面的支撑,同时由于缺乏快速有效、适用范围广的活性成分功效评价标准,从农业废弃物中分离活性成分的相关研发与成果转化水平较低,从而导致了高附加值的活性成分大量流失。因此,课题以主要的经济粮食作物(马铃薯)、热带作物(芒果)、油料作物(花生,葵花籽)等农作物废弃物为研究对象,研制活性成分提取纯化、检测与功效评价。 China is the country with the largest output of crop waste in the world,with hundreds of millions of tons per year.At present,how to achieve high value utilization of agricultural waste has become a new hotspot in research.Among them,the separation of active ingredients in agricultural waste has become the focus of research at home and abroad,but the separation and detection of active ingredients are still focused on more traditional methods and means.Low efficiency,long cycle,limited types of active ingredients to be separated,and only a handful of standard samples can be prepared;there is generally lack of support for quality standards and key common technologies involved in the active ingredient separation and detection process,and due to the lack of rapid Effective and wide-ranging evaluation criteria for the efficacy of active ingredients,the low level of related research and development and achievements in the conversion of active ingredients from agricultural waste results in a large amount of high value-added active ingredients being lost.Therefore,the subject takes agricultural wastes such as main cash crops(potatoes),tropical crops(mangoes),and oil crops(peanuts,sunflower seeds)as research objects to develop extraction,purification,testing,and efficacy evaluation of active ingredients.
