项目标书摘要：目的：通过平台架构设计、系统技术集成、管理模式创新和应用示范推广等研究路径和方式，为智慧手术室建设提供成套的一体化信息支撑体系和一体化管理模式，全面提升医院手术室管理效率和水平。方法：面向手术全流程，基于传统手术室存在的一系列问题以及信息化需求，在有关智慧手术室的理论、系统及相关技术的基础上，通过对基于物联网技术的一体化智慧手术室感应环境搭建研究、基于云服务组装技术的一体化智慧手术室服务平台研发、基于大数据分析技术的一体化智慧手术室决策体系研究、基于系统集成技术的一体化智慧手术室全方位集成研究、大数据环境下的智慧手术室优化平台关键技术的理论和方法的研究，开展智慧手术室关键技术研究与集成示范。结果：设计了一体化智慧手术室信息平台的总体架构、技术方案和管理模式；建成了基于物联网技术、云服务组装技术、大数据分析技术、系统集成技术的省内首个智慧手术室示范项目；开发了“智慧手术室调度系统”一项智慧手术室的典型应用；形成1套一体化智慧手术室的建设与运维标准。结论：研究的一体化手术室智能管控模式，在保证手术安全的前提下，初步实现了手术室服务的智能化管理，提高了手术室和手术间的运营效率，降低了医院运营成本，有良好的市场推广前景和社会效益。

Application Abstract: Objective:This project aims to construct an integrated information support system and integrated management model for smart operating room through platform architecture design,system technology integration,and management model innovation and application demonstration,so as to comprehensively improve the efficiency and level of operating room management.Methods:Faced with the problems and information requirements of the whole traditional operating processes,with the help of related theories,systems and technologies of intelligent operating rooms,the project utilized the following technologies to carry out key technology research and integration demonstration of intelligent operating room:(1)use the technologies Internet of things to build the smart operating room environment;(2)employ the cloud service assembly technology to construct the integrated smart operating room service platform development;(3)utilize large data analysis technology to establish the decision-making system of the integrated smart operating room;(4)use the technology of system integration to realize the full integration of smart operating room;and(5)adopt big data environment optimization platform related theories and methods.Results:The project:(1)designed the overall structure,technical scheme and management model of the information platform of integrated smart operating room;(2)realized the first smart operating room demonstration in Anhui Province based on Internet of Things technology,cloud service assembly technology,big data analysis technology and system integration technology;(3)developed a typical application of smart operating room named"Smart operating room scheduling system";(4)constructed a set of standards for the construction,operation and maintenance of an integrated smart operating room.Conclusion:The proposed integrated smart operating room controlling model promoted the safety of surgery,preliminary realized the smart management of operating room service,improved the operation efficiency of the operating rooms,and reduced the operation costs of hospital.The model also has a good marketing prospect and social benefits.
