项目标书摘要:电网—天然气网的耦合互联使得网络理论研究转移到对两个耦合相依的能源网上来,随着电—气互联网络耦合程度不断加深,互联网络的相依特性凸显。本项目基于相依网络和渗流理论,以燃气轮机、电转气等耦合设备的状态行为作为两大系统耦合的表征量,聚焦研究电网和天然气网的耦合作用机理,建立电—气互联相依网络的分析模型,分析耦合作用增强时可能造成的电—气互联相依网络渗流相变,研究电网和天然气网为规避因渗流相变所带来的供电/供气中断应采取的协同运行策略。构建电—气网络边界信息交互机制,研究相依网络的多元协同优化建模及其运行策略,为电—气互联网络协同优化运行体系奠定理论基础。项目面向能源互联网发展大环境,符合当今能源系统发展新趋势,研究成果将对提高能源系统运行的安全可靠性和经济性、提升能源利用效率和促进节能减排等方面做出贡献。

Application Abstract: The coupling and interconnection of the electricity network and the natural gas network shift the network theory research to two mutual-coupled energy networks.As the extent of coupling deepens,the dependency of interconnected networks become prominent.On the basis of dependent networks and percolation theory,the state and behavior of coupled equipments,i.e.,gas turbines and power-to-gas facilities,are set as the characterization of two coupled systems.The coupling mechanisms of the electricity network and the natural gas network are analyzed and the model of mutual-coupled power-gas network is built to analyze the phase change of percolation with the coupling deepening.Meanwhile,the interaction mechanism of boundary information of the integrated network of electricity and gas(INEG)is established,and the coordinated operation strategies of INEG which should be taken when the interruption of power/gas supply occurs in order to avoid phase change of percolation are studied,which can lay a foundation for coordinated and optimal modeling of operation of INEG.This project is facing the environment of the development of energy internet and adapts to the new development tendency of present energy system,which will contribute to improve the security,reliability and economy of energy systems,deepen the sharing of energy and promote the energy-saving and emission-reduction.

目前,构建以可再生能源为主体的新型电力系统成为我国的重要战略部署,以多能耦合互补为特征的能源互联网成为能源转型的重要载体。在多能耦合背景下,本项目围绕电—气互联网络相依特性分析与多能流耦合优化研究,构建了电—气互联相依网络的统一耦合结构,聚焦分析了电网与天然气网间相依特性下的相互作用机理,有效探究了电网与天然气网协同运行的未来态,探究了相依特性下电网和天然气网的渗流影响与故障传播机理,提出了电—气互联相依网络分布式协同优化运行策略,实现了电—气互联相依网络的高效协同优化,提高了协同优化下的能源利用效率与可再生能源消纳率,为电—气互联网络协同优化运行体系奠定基础。此外,本项目针对智能电网中源网荷储充微互联网络的协同运行优化也形成了较为系统的方法体系。依托本项目,国内外重要刊物和会议上发表学术论文71篇,其中期刊论文SCI收录16篇、EI收录38篇,会议论文EI收录10篇;已投稿录用SCI刊物论文1篇;出版学术专著1部;申请国家发明专利18项,其中授权10项,获得中国电力企业联合会2019年度电力科技创新奖二等奖、中国人工智能学会2018年“吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖”科技进步二等奖等奖励、中国电机工程学会2020年中国电力科学技术进步奖三等奖、广东省电机工程学会2019广东省电力科学技术进步奖一等奖、培养博士生5名,硕士生20名,其中博士生毕业5名,硕士生毕业18名。超额完成了立项既定目标。项目及研究成果面向能源互联网发展的大环境,符合当今能源转型的新趋势,响应国家能源发展的政策,将对提高能源系统运行可靠性、经济性、深化能源共享和促进节能减排等方面做出贡献。

    In order to improve the economy of the park integrated energy system planning and fully consider the source & load uncertainty, this paper proposes a new planning method. Firstly, the planning model of the park integrated energy system is constructed with the goal of the comprehensive cost and the investment payback period. An entropy weight adaptive information gap decision-making method is proposed to deal with the source&load uncertainty factors; Then, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing solution methods, a joint optimization solution combining the heuristic algorithm with the Gurobi solver is proposed to solve the model; Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the model. The uncertainty method is able to eliminate the influence of the subjective factors in the traditional information gap decision-making methods. The proposed solution method is able to improve the solution efficiency and the diversity of the results. © 2023 Power System Technology Press. All rights reserved.

    低压配电网的智能化发展对提高电网供电能力和质量、提升用电体验具有重要意义。对此,首先阐述了我国低压配电网的发展现状与存在问题。其次,通过综述国内外在智能配电网规划、运行控制、通信方面的相关研究现状,提出未来低压智能配电网在运维管理、运行方式、区域调控、用户用电、信息通道、公共用能方面的核心特征。然后从电网智能监控、用户互动服务、通信多类互补3方面对低压智能配电网的12种关键技术内容进行总结,并对后续发展方向进行评述。最后展望了低压智能配电网的发展前景,探讨低压透明配电网的概念。

    构建社区级综合能源系统是提高能源利用率、实现多能互补和能源可持续发展的重要举措。为此,对社区级综合能源系统进行建模,并以运行成本最小化、CO2排放量最小化和综合能源利用率最大化为优化目标,构建了社区级综合能源系统的多目标日前优化调度模型;进一步,通过模糊隶属度函数将各指标的模糊化,采用层次分析法确定各指标的综合权重,利用满意度指标将多目标问题转化为单目标问题进行求解;最后以某典型住宅区的算例进行仿真验算。结果表明所提的社区级综合能源系统多目标日前优化调度模型,能够有效权衡社区级综合能源系统运行的经济性、环保性和高效性,提供全面的、多维度的运行方案。

    随着信息物理融合系统在电网中的应用,一次设备和二次设备的融合(简称“一二次融合”)已成为柱上开关的重要研究方向和发展趋势,其主要目的是提升开关设备的可靠性和智能化水平。鉴于此,文中重点研究了一二次融合柱上开关的控制可靠性模型并提出了优化设计方案。根据柱上开关一二次融合后的新特性,建立其信息物理融合模型、柱上开关控制可靠性的单参量评估模型,评估模型涵盖真空度、电参量信息、分合闸线圈电流和通信方式4个维度,通过历史数据统计与专家法相结合的方式对柱上开关控制可靠性进行综合评估。提出了柱上开关一二次融合的优化设计方案,基于所建可靠性模型对新型柱上开关与传统开关的控制可靠性水平进行对比分析。评估结果验证了所建柱上开关控制可靠性模型的有效性,证明了所设计的一二次融合方案可有效提升柱上开关的控制可靠性。

    文章针对光伏不确定性出力的场景下合理高效求解分布式储能优化配置方案的问题,建立了基于误差场景模拟法的有源配电网分布式储能优化规划模型。基于节点电压综合灵敏度分析方法进行了储能布点优化,避免了储能选址问题的大规模求解;以配电网综合成本和电压波动总和最小为双目标,构建了分布式储能优化规划模型;采用基于ε-约束法对双目标优化模型进行求解,并计及主观权值修正进行了折中最优解的选取。通过误差场景模拟光伏出力偏离预测值的不确定波动,规避了光伏出力随机性对储能配置方案的影响。通过仿真算例验证了所提分布式储能优化规划方法的有效性与适用性。

    The optimal operation of multi-energy systems based on energy hubs (EHs) is a significant challenge for operators due to the mutual impact of different energies and the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, electricity prices, the energy demand of consumers. To address this challenge, a stochastic scheduling framework for multi-energy hub systems is proposed in this paper to simultaneously optimize both EHs and distribution networks. The proposed framework considers RESs, uncertain parameters, DRPs, and emission to ensure system operation in fact. Furthermore, the uncertainty of electrical, heating, and cooling demands, electrical prices, and output power of RESs is modeled by probability density functions. They are divided into states by clustering technique to form the scenario matrix. A scenario reduction technique is then employed to reduce the number of scenarios to 10 to reduce the computational burden. The objective of the proposed framework is to minimize the total operation cost of the system, which is modeled as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problem. The numerical results from different case studies show that the operation costs of the multi-energy systems using the proposed method are reduced by 2.0–14.5% among different analyzed cases. Additionally, CO2 emission is reduced by 1.9% and 22.3% considering DRPs and RESs, respectively.

    The access of single-phase photovoltaic power supply usually causes the increase of unbalance degree of LVDN(Low-Voltage Distribution Network). Aiming at the current difficulties of load commutation and the applicability of photovoltaic coordinated control in three-phase four-wire LVDN, the three-phase balan-ce optimization model of LVDN is proposed. Based on the node admittance matrix of three-phase four-wire system, the power flow equation of LVDN is established with the injection current unbalance. With the objective of minimizing the three-phase unbalance degree, the three-phase balance coordinated optimization control model is established considering the photovoltaic phase selection and switching, the reactive power regulation of photovoltaic inverter and the active power regulation of energy storage. Interval constraints are used to describe the uncertainty of photovoltaic output, and the continuous logic variables are used to reduce the difficulty of solving the three-phase four-wire LVDN model. The general algebraic modeling system is used for modeling, simulation and solution. The simulative results show that the proposed optimization method can effectively reduce the three-phase unbalance degree and network loss of LVDN. © 2022, Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.     单相光伏电源的接入通常会引起低压配电网(LVDN)的三相不平衡度增大。针对当前负荷换相困难以及光伏协调控制在三相四线制LVDN中的适用性问题,提出了LVDN三相平衡优化模型。基于三相四线制系统的节点导纳矩阵,以注入电流不平衡量建立LVDN的潮流方程,以三相不平衡度最小为目标,建立考虑光伏选相投切、光伏逆变器无功调节和储能有功调节的三相平衡协调优化控制模型;采用区间约束描述光伏出力的不确定性,连续化逻辑变量以降低三相四线制LVDN模型的求解难度。采用通用代数建模系统进行建模仿真并求解,仿真结果表明所提优化方法能有效降低LVDN的三相不平衡度以及网损。

    为解决配电网的建设速度与EV的普及速度失配问题,进行了配电网充电负荷接纳能力评估方法与优化策略研究。首先,以充电桩接纳能力来衡量配电网的充电负荷接纳能力,从配电网侧、充电桩侧和用户侧分析了配电网充电桩接纳能力影响因素。其次,建立基于充电桩数量的充电负荷评估模型,基于充电桩数和车桩比计算充电负荷,进而利用充电负荷和配电网耦合关系分析配电网运行风险。再次,综合考虑电压和电流越限风险以及配变过载风险建立配电网综合运行风险,以作为充电桩接纳能力的量化指标。然后,从电网侧提出网络重构、配电网扩容和双馈线共同供电等措施来改善配电网的充电桩接纳能力。最后,通过仿真分析验证了所提出充电桩接纳能力评估模型和优化措施的有效性。

    To solve the problem of mismatch between the construction of a grid and the popularity of electric vehicles (EVs), this paper conducts research on the assessment method and optimization strategies of charging load acceptance capacity of a distribution network. First, the charging load acceptance capacity of the distribution network is measured by the charging pile acceptance capacity, and the factors influencing that capacity of the distribution network are analyzed from the distribution network, charging pile and user sides. Secondly, a charging load assessment model based on the number of charging piles is established. The charging load is calculated based on the number of charging piles and vehicle-to-pile ratio, and then the coupling relationship between charging load and distribution network is used to analyze the operational risk of the distribution network. Furthermore, a comprehensive operational risk of the distribution network is established by taking into account the voltage and current crossing risk and the distribution transformer overload risk as a quantitative indicator of the charging pile acceptance capacity. This is proposed as a quantitative indicator of charging pile acceptance capacity. Then, from the grid side, strategies such as network reconstruction, distribution network expansion, and two feeders jointly supplying power are proposed to improve the charging pile acceptance capacity. Finally, through simulation analysis, the effectiveness of the charging pile acceptance capacity evaluation model and optimization strategy is verified.
