项目标书摘要：能源是我国农村发展必需的物质基础，走一条立足能源自给，融农业生产、农民生活和能源生产为一体的新农村人居环境建设之路，可以从根本上增加农村生态承载力，减少生态赤字，促进农村可持续发展。本项目以山东地区乡村为样本，通过多学科协作，运用生态足迹分析、研究性设计等方法，研究把能源生产作为关键要素纳入乡村人居环境，通过对样本村庄规模、空间及能源模式的分析研究，探索能源生产在乡村空间中的作用机制，科学构建能源自给型乡村形态模型并进行生态足迹核算，确立能源生产与空间占有量的量化关系，将能源生产空间与乡村空间进行耦合关联，藉由多种能源综合利用及适宜性技术，创建一个生态平衡甚至生态盈余的新乡村空间形态模式。本项目研究力图探索建立一种乡村空间重构的方法，引导农业生产空间、农民生活空间、能源生产空间的有效整合，以改善我国乡村住区的人居环境，并对乡村人居空间理论研究做出有益补充，从而具有重要理论意义和应用价值。

Application Abstract: The energy is the material basis of our country rural development.It is necessary to take a road based on energy self-sufficiency and integration of agricultural production,farmer’s life and energy production as one of the new rural living environment construction.It can fundamentally increase the rural ecological carrying capacity,reduce ecological deficit,and promote sustainable development in rural areas.This project takes the rural area of Shandong Province as a sample area and studies the energy production as a key factor into the rural living environment through the multidisciplinary collaboration,the application of ecological footprint analysis,research-based design and other methods.Through the study of the sample rural scale,spatial and energy analysis,the mechanism of energy production in the rural space is explored,the energy self-sufficiency rural morphological model is scientifically constructed and the ecological footprint is calculated,the quantitative relationship between energy production and space occupation is established,and coupling relationship between energy productive space and rural space is related.According to the comprehensive utilization of multi energy and appropriate technology system,we can create an ecological balance or even ecological surplus of the new rural space model.Through the research of this project,we can explore a rural space reconstruction method,guide effective integration of production space,living space and energy space to improve the living environment of rural residential area,make a useful supplement of the theory of rural human settlement.This has important theoretical significance and application value.

能源是我国农村发展必需的物质基础，如果能实现本地化、单元式的能源自给，对改善乡村人居环境可持续发展、推进农村现代化建设具有重要意义。能源生产空间的大量介入，打破了乡村原有空间格局，需要进行能源生产空间、农民生活空间、农业生产空间这三种空间的重构和有效整合，才能创造多功能、高效的乡村空间，避免简单并置带来的空间矛盾和技术低效。本项目以山东地区乡村为样本，通过多学科协作，运用生态足迹分析、研究性设计等方法，研究把能源生产作为关键要素纳入乡村人居环境，通过对样本村庄规模、空间及能源模式的分析研究，探索能源生产在乡村空间中的作用机制，科学构建能源自给型乡村形态模型并进行生态足迹核算，确立能源生产与空间占有量的量化关系，将能源生产空间与乡村空间进行耦合关联，藉由多种能源综合利用及适宜性技术，创建一个生态平衡甚至生态盈余的新乡村空间形态模式。计算样本村庄能源年消耗量和人均消耗量、村庄各功能空间的能源消费量，构建乡村模型；计算一定人口和规模条件下维持农民生活和农业生产所必需的能源生产空间，进行生态足迹分析和生态承载力分析，根据适宜技术支撑下的能源生产方式的生产性能，对样本村庄中各种能源消耗类型所需占用的能源生产面积进行计算，比较生态足迹需求与生态承载力，判断其生态类型，为乡村空间重构提供量化依据；选择样本村庄进行三生空间整合设计，为研究成果寻找理论验证和实践落脚点，探讨能源生产空间与农民生活空间、农业生产空间之间存在相互关联、相互依存的关系。通过乡村生产策略、生活方式、能源技术的综合设计，从可操作的角度出发，对不同整合方式进行筛选和评估，完成三生空间之间的有效整合设计研究。本项目研究力图探索建立一种乡村空间重构的方法，引导农业生产空间、农民生活空间、能源生产空间的有效整合，以改善我国乡村住区的人居环境，并对乡村人居空间理论研究做出有益补充，从而具有重要理论意义和应用价值。
