Application Abstract: The numbers of colleges and college students have transformed the used-to-be elite education into the general education.College graduates’unemployment rate rose while their starting salaries dropped.It only requires 128 credit numbers to finish college nowadays.Learning Japanese is the core capacity of Japanese-majored students.Students begin their education from scratch.Would they be able to cope with diverse demands and ever changing future form what they have learned in colleges?Not only it connects tightly with their employment opportunity,but also affects social review to Japanese education from the public.It is essential to understand Japanese-majored students’learning willing and future career planning.We are now in a learner-oriented era.It will be both beneficial to improve teaching quality and students’competitiveness as well as upright Japanese curriculum design,including teaching materials and teaching methods once learners’ideas and thoughts are clearly understood.Findings from this study would provide teachers with innovative teaching methods that meet the social expectations towards Japanese majors and students’learning needs as well,with its ultimate goal of increasing employment competitiveness.
