The presence of bubbles in the transformer oil is very prone to cause partial discharges in the oil, which affects the insulation characteristics. Therefore, it is of vital importance to study the severity of the electric field distortion and the dynamic characteristics of the bubble under this physical model of gas-liquid two-phase flow. In this paper, a multiscale finite element method of electric field coupled with the dynamic characteristics of the bubble is proposed. The coupling between the electrostatic field and the hydrodynamic field is established through the level set function. The level set function is an output of data from the hydrodynamic field for the position of the bubble and at the same time an input of data for the description of the interpolation function when solving for the electric field by the extended finite element method. Unlike the conventional finite element method, this algorithm eliminates the need to re-dissect the elements at each time step, and thus can greatly reduce the solution time while maintaining accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.
...2.计及碳交易及电转气运行特性的电-气互联系统优化调度研究

当今社会对能源需求的急剧增长导致了传统化石能源的加速枯竭,造成了严重的能源和环境问题。为了可持续发展以及缓解环境问题,综合能源系统因其在消纳可再生能源和综合能源梯级利用优势成为当下研究的热点。在众多的能源系统中,以电力和天然气系统为主体的电-气互联系统因耦合设备技术、管网系统的相对成熟而得到广泛的研究。针对电-气互联系统的优化调度,目前对于电转气环节的建模精细程度不够,但在实际运行中电转气环节不仅效率会随出力改变,其本身也有较复杂的转化特性。同时,虽然有研究对电-气互联系统的低碳特性做了一定的分析,但对于结合国家核证自愿减排量的碳交易市场机制较少涉及,且对于碳交易机制如何影响调度模型未能给出相应结论。因此,本文针对电-气互联系统的优化调度,分析了电转气环节动态特性和结合国家核证自愿减排量的碳交易市场机制对电-气互联系统优化调度的影响机理,建立了计及碳交易及电转气运行特性的电-气互联系统优化调度模型,主要完成了以下工作:(1)针对由燃气机组和电转气环节耦合的电-气互联系统,建立了以系统总成本为目标函数,计及电力系统约束、天然气系统压力约束、气潮流约束、管存约束及耦合环节约束的日前优化调度模型,应用基于粒子群算法的混合变量优化方法对模型进行求解,利用6电力节点和7天然气节点的电-气互联系统进行模型验证,结果表明考虑启停变量的优化方法可以充分调度不同容量机组响应风电出力和电力负荷变化,在一个调度周期内仅有441.67kW·h的风电未被完全消纳。(2)针对电-气互联系统中电转气环节建模粗略的问题,通过对电解技术及氢气甲烷化技术进行特性分析,推导了电解环节消耗功率与产氢流量的非线性关系,分析甲烷化环节的冷循环/热循环的状态条件和耗时特性,利用状态变量对甲烷化环节的工艺流程进行公式化描述;进一步对调度模型进行修正,使得调度模型可以较好描述电转气环节实际的运行特性;最后利用相同电-气互联系统,对其考虑电转气环节运行特性后的调度模型进行优化调度求解,对比结果说明,在考虑电转气运行特性后,电转气环节的出力、产氢流量、甲烷化环节运行状态都会受到一定影响,因而在电-气互联系统应尽可能考虑电转气环节运行特性。(3)针对电-气互联系统引入碳交易机制不考虑核证自愿减排交易以及对电-气互联系统低碳特性未能充分挖掘的问题,介绍以碳配额交易为主体,核证自愿减排交易为补充的碳交易市场机制,并据此对电-气互联系统调度模型进一步改进,建立计及碳交易机制及电转气运行特性的电-气互联系统优化调度模型;通过算例对比了计及碳交易和电转气运行特性对调度结果的影响,考虑碳交易机制后碳排放量下降了 10.07%,考虑碳交易机制后可以充分发挥电-气互联系统的低碳特性,促进电力系统和天然气系统的互动,考虑电转气运行特性后,产生了 1144.75Nm3的氢气净偏差,若不考虑电转气运行特性影响,则会产生调度偏差。

在碳达峰碳中和目标背景下,可再生能源发电发展迅速,风力发电作为可再生能源的代表更是得到长足发展。随着风力发电渗透率的提高,不稳定风功率导致的频率波动和电压闪变对系统电能质量和稳定性提出了新的挑战。同时,我国陆上风电资源多分布在西北与东北,就地消纳难度较高。能源与负荷逆向分布的状态使得规模化风电在大范围输送和消纳成为必要。柔性直流输电(VSC-HVDC)因其没有换相失败问题,无需无功补偿,可连接弱电网等优点,是跨区域远距离输电的优选技术方案之一。VSC-HVDC具有控制策略灵活多样、功率解耦输出的特点,在参与电力系统网络支持(Grid Support)方面颇具前景。本文针对用于风电并网的柔性直流系统,及其无功支援能力影响因素,单机、多机无功支援控制策略展开研究:(1)通过分析电压源型换流器的双解耦控制,提取内部与外部对无功功率输出的影响因素,量化影响程度。考虑电流互优先级、风电并网换流器工作场景以及电网支持能力的需求,建立考虑电网电压支持的柔直系统网侧换流站工作状态模型。基于Matlab/Simulink和PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台搭建海上风电并网系统模型,结合案例定量验证不同因素对换流器功率输出的限值。(2)为适应复杂场景和电网支持能力的要求,提出用于风电并网的柔直系统网侧换流站无功支持协调控制策略。对电压跌落的时间进行区分,提出一种卸荷电阻协调参与的无功支持策略,可减少风电场频繁响应电压跌落造成的机械疲劳;对于存在的持续性电压跌落,根据功率输出受限的量化模型,提出风电场参与的无功协调控制,避免不必要的功率浪费和设备损耗;设计了模式切换控制以实现各无功支持任务平滑切换和快速响应。(3)针对电网中多网侧换流站参与无功支持的场景,提出动态无功下垂控制。在传统定系数下垂控制的基础上,考虑无功裕度受限因素与剩余容量,设计动态无功下垂函数,动态无功下垂控制能够更合理地分配无功功率,有效利用换流器容量进行快速无功支援;为提高功率分配精准程度,提出基于模型预测控制的无功支持策略。设计全局无功支持环节,并为优化环节确定等式约束,建立计及容量利用率的非线性规划对换流器无功功率分配进行滚动优化。基于SimuLink仿真平台对上述模型进行仿真验证,结果表明,该模型可以实现无功功率的精准分配,实现重载机组的无功支援任务零负担,提高机群无功支援能力上限。

Since the over-modulation can lead to the unstable operation of converters, the over-modulation risk evaluation is important in the circuit parameter selection, operating region design, and so forth. However, the wildly used evaluation method of modular multilevel converters (MMCs) comes from two-level converters; and the article found that its obtained result is not always accurate for MMCs because four assumptions will be introduced when the conventional modulation ratio (CMR) is used as the indicator. To solve the problem, a new concept, namely dynamic modulation ratio (DMR), is proposed. Comparing with the CMR, the DMR can dynamically change according to the variation of operating conditions and can reflect the modulation characteristics more accurately. Quantitative comparisons are carried out between the CMR-based and the DMR-based evaluation methods in various operating conditions. The comparisons show that the CMR-based method is only accurate under a few situations for MMCs, and the obtained operating region of MMCs is not optimal when the CMR is used as the indicator in the parameter design of MMCs. In contrast, the DMR-based evaluation method is high-accurate under all situations. Finally, experiments are carried out in a down-scaled MMC prototype for further validating the method.

In modular multilevel converters (MMCs), the huge capacitor almost takes over half of the cost and weight of a submodule; as a result, the capacitance requirement reduction has attracted wide attention for using smaller capacitors. However, the existing methods have side effects, such as increasing the arm current and adding additional semiconductors, which restrict their practical applications. Thus, a side-effect-free capacitance requirement reduction (CRR) method is proposed in this paper. In the method, the capacitor voltage can be decreased by injecting a specific dc signal into the original control system; and the specific dc signal is outputted from the proposed CRR controller according to the transmitted power of the MMC. For ensuring the safe operation, the extent to which the capacitor voltage can be reduced is also studied; and an optimisation model is presented to obtain the minimum allowed capacitor voltage and the safety domain of CRR. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by both simulation and experiment. The results show that the capacitance requirement can be reduced by 32.4% without neither increasing the arm current nor adding additional semiconductors.© 2021 The Authors. Due to the independent controllability and fast power regulation capability, the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) system could be a prospective technology to provide multiple ancillary services to the system besides conventional bulk power transmission. However, with the increase of False Data Injection Attacks (FDIAs) on PMU data, the HVDC system could have the wrong response once the collected data that the HVDC system relied on is attacked, thus threatening the system operating security. How to ensure the security of the PMU-based HVDC ancillary service control become an urgent issue. To mitigate the risk, this paper proposed an HVDC attack-defense control based on the FDIAs detection method. Firstly, the Squeeze-Excitation based Double Convolutional Neural Networks (SE-DCNN) is proposed to realize fast identification of the attacking frequency type based on the time and frequency domain signals. The duration time of FDIAs is detected by the local outlier factor. Then, utilizing the results from SE-DCNN, HVDC ancillary service control framework is reorganized and an HVDC attack defense control is proposed for suppressing the potential influence of various types of FDIAs on the HVDC system ancillary service. Different experiments results demonstrate that the proposed method has the ability to significantly mitigate the frequency deviation and oscillation under the FDIA.© 1969-2012 IEEE....
