项目标书摘要:我国拥有多样的民族民间文化资源以及博物馆馆藏文物资源,对这些资源进行开发利用与展示传播,有助于提升公众的文化体验,促进文化遗产的传承与保护,发展具有中国特色和示范效应的文化产业。本报告针对现阶段行业面临的素材资源分散、设计力度不足、藏品数字化质量不高、展示手段单一等问题,在文创产品开发设计和数字博物馆展示传播两个领域展开关键技术研究。在民族民间文创产品设计服务方面,本报告提出三种迁移技术:基于生成对抗网络的文字风格迁移、基于卷积神经网络的图案风格迁移和基于配色自适应空间的颜色迁移技术;针对数字图像退化问题提出超分辨率恢复技术;针对情感化设计中的用户研究问题提出基于残差信号图网络的用户独立情绪监测方法。本报告还聚焦于部分主题文化,开发民族纹样相似度检索平台,提出基于知识工程思想的文创设计模式,建立驱动主题文化传播的知识管理模型和绩效评价体系。在数字博物馆展示与传播服务方面,本报告基于增强现实,提出基于自适应领域匹配的文物碎片自动拼接算法,研发基于三维跟踪注册技术的多途径文物展示系统以及两项面向非物质文化遗产的交互式展示技术;针对藏品数字化资源构建和展示问题,制定基于多源异构数据的文物三维数字采集技术规范,并架构基于虚实展示的数字博物馆云平台。本报告提出的技术和平台软件均以传统编织工艺、馆藏文物等素材为依托,且具有较强的可扩展性,为课题示范应用奠定技术基础并以期在未来提供更多社会化的服务。
Application Abstract: China has diverse ethnic and folk cultures as well as museum collections.Exploiting and disseminating these resources can help enhance the public's cultural experience,promote the inheritance and protection of cultural heritage,and develop a cultural industry with Chinese characteristics and exemplary effects.This report addresses the problems faced by the current industry,such as scattered material resources,insufficient design efforts,low quality of collection digitization,and single means of display,etc.,conducting key technical research in two areas:the design of cultural and creative products,as well as the presentation and communication of digital museums.In the area of product design services for ethnic folk culture,three transfer techniques are proposed:text style transfer based on generative adversarial networks,pattern style transfer based on convolutional neural networks,and color transfer based on color matching adaptive space.This report also presents a super-resolution recovery technique for digital image degradation and a user-independent emotion recognition method with residual signal-image network.We also develop a similarity retrieval platform for ethnic patterns,a design model for cultural production based on knowledge engineering principles,and a knowledge management model and performance evaluation system for some of the thematic cultures.In terms of digital museum display and communication services,based on augmented reality,we propose an automatic stitching algorithm for artifact fragments based on adaptive domain matching,develop a multi-channel artifact display system based on 3D tracking and registration technology,and design two interactive display frameworks for intangible cultural heritage.For the digital resource construction and display of collections,this paper further offers technical requirements for multi-source heterogeneous data-based 3D digital acquisition of cultural relics,as well as builds a virtual reality-based digital museum cloud platform.The technologies and platform software proposed in this report are based on Chinese traditional materials such as weaving techniques,relics in the collection,etc.,and are highly scalable,laying the technical foundation for the demonstration application of the subject,to provide more socialized services in the future.
