项目标书摘要:Due to the search for sustainable alternatives for energy generation and their technologies,in recent years there has been great progress in the advancement of new photovoltaic devices and in the discovery of new materials that can provide, through studies,an increase in efficiency and a reduction in cost of production. In this project, organic semiconductors will be used to manufacture thin films using the Langmuir-Blodgett and Langmuir-Schaefer techniques and nanofibers using the electrospinning technique to produce photovoltaic devices. These devices will be characterized optically by UV-Visible spectroscopy, morphologically through Scanning Electron Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy, and electrical with direct current to obtain the conductivity and resistance of the studied materials and devices,in addition to the study of the photoconductivity of the films. After these characterizations, the devices will be subjected to studies as photovoltaic devices based on electrical measurements,in which their efficiency and useful life will be analyzed. With this project,it is expected to obtain organic photovoltaic devices,to then produce devices mixing thin films and nanofibers, seeking to combine the advantages of both techniques.
