项目标书摘要:Research Summary:In order to improve the play guidance competency of preservice early childhood teacher(PECT),it is necessary to pay attention to play teaching efficacy,which is linked to the quality of children's play,and playfulness,play belief,emotional intelligence,and creativity play a significant influence on play teaching efficacy.Emotional intelligence directly affects play teaching efficacy,while also influencing creativity.Playfulness does not directly affect the effectiveness of play teaching efficacy,but it affects through emotional intelligence and play belief.These research results show that playfulness,play belief,emotional intelligence,and creativity should be paid attention to in education for play guidance competency of PECT.PECT and professors recognized that it is very important as a teacher to have the ability to support physical play well,and an educational program for this is necessary.The contents demanded that a program with various practical usefulness,such as finding ways to expand and support physical play while at the same time experiencing a variety of physical play for PECT.The educational program for physical play support competency of PECT was established based on the concept of physical play and physical play support competency,and psychological factors related to play support competency such as playfulness,play belief,emotional intelligence,and creativity.In addition,by classifying the types of physical play,contents consisting of theory,practice,planning,intervention,recollection and evaluation were established.In addition,teaching and learning methods such as lectures,workshops,observation,discussion,and journal writing suitable for each educational content were set,and evaluation methods through questionnaires and journals were suggested.In this program composition,the needs of learners and instructors were reflected,and the final plan of the program was developed through expert review.
