Application Abstract: Aiming at the key scientific problem of the structure-function relationship of self-assembled bio-nanomaterials to tumor matrix microenvironment and tumor vascular surface/interface response,based on the pathophysiological characteristics of tumor microenvironment matrix and blood vessels,we designed self-assembled nano-drug systems with micro-environment multi-target specific recognition and response by employing supramolecular complexes,selenium-containing assemblies,peptides and nucleic acids as carriers.They can transport and release active drugs in a site selective,time selective and quantitative manner;Optimize drug combinations according to tumor heterogeneity and complexity and develop new strategies for multi-site on single target or multi-target joint regulation;clarify the effects and rules of the impact of self-assembled bio-nanomaterials on tumor microenvironment,and reveal the relationship of"surface/interface properties-regulatory function"of nanomaterials._x000D__x000D
