项目标书摘要：Research Summary:The study began with a question of understanding the phenomena that traditional educational activities are being left to institutions outside of school in the form of'outsourcing.'The specific research issues for this are as follows.First,why did the outsourcing of education programs start in our elementary and secondary schools?Second,what factors influence the outsourcing of education programs in our elementary and secondary schools?Third,how will the outsourcing of education programs in our elementary and secondary schools have an effect on schooling?In order to achieve the purpose of the study,a literature survey,interview survey,and observation were conducted,and the results of the study were as follows:First,studies have shown that outsourcing of school education programs was also occurring within the realm of traditional curriculum.Outsourcing has been shown to be occurring mainly in the realm of special activities.In particular,the tendency to outsource was frequent in school sports events,sports events,camping activities and hands-on learning.Second,the outsourcing of education programs in primary and secondary schools in our country showed different characteristics from the general outsourcing patterns carried out for the purpose of fiscal reduction.The outsourcing of education programs has been found to be closely related to the increasing workload given to primary and secondary schools and to the characteristics of the human composition of school teachers,rather than to financial factors Third,it can be said that the factors influencing the outsourcing of education programs in primary and secondary schools in our country are the increase of social demands on schools and the characteristics of teachers'human composition.After all,the outsourcing of these school education programs is still limited to some parts,but it is likely to expand gradually considering the situation in which Korea's primary and secondary education is in.And this spread of outsourcing may alienate teachers from the curriculum and cause classes to be pushed to the periphery by outside activities or events.
