项目标书摘要:传统铁路运输能力研究是以普速铁路为对象和基础的,高速铁路成网运营实践表明现有的能力理论与方法亟需扩充完善。一方面技术设备的更新、运输组织的变化要求能力各类要素向精细化、标准化、立体化发展,另一方面高铁客流的层次、时空特性对全程出行的快速、舒适提出了个性需求,能力利用需由挖潜扩能向提质增效转移,研究视角应由单一点线向全局网络扩展。本项目以提升高速铁路运力利用水平为目标,围绕大规模复杂影响因素下通过能力要素作用机理与定量关系,适应中国高速铁路网络运营特征的通过能力动态供需适应关系,网络能力利用特征及动态演化机理,以及考虑需求变化与运力资源布局特征的网络通过能力时空分布演化规律四个关键科学问题展开研究,研究高速铁路网络通过能力瓶颈快速甄别—定位—评估方法、能力要素匹配与优化配置技术、能力供给与客流多元需求适应性分析、能力加强与综合效能提升等关键技术,形成高铁网络能力利用理论与方法体系。

Application Abstract: The research of traditional railway transportation capacity is based on the ordinary speed railway.In the operation practice of high-speed railway network,it shows that the theories and methods of the current capability are needed to be extended and perfected.On the one hand,the renewal of technical equipment and the change of transport organization require all kinds of factors to be refined,standardized and omnidirectional.On the other hand,the hierarchical and spatio-temporal characteristics of passenger flow on the high-speed railway provide a personalized demand for the rapid,comfortable and reliable mobility.The utilization of railway carrying capacity needs to be converted from improving potentials and strengthening capacity to enhancing quality and increasing efficiency,and the research perspective should be extended from local zones to global network.On the purpose of enhancing the utilization level of high-speed railway capacity,the project focus on four key scientific problems:(1)mechanism and quantitative relationship of capacity factors in the high-speed railway network under the influence of large-scale complex factors;(2)the dynamic supply and demand adaptation of capacity which is compatible to the characteristics of China's high-speed railway network;(3)characteristics and dynamic evolution mechanism of railway network capacity;(4)spatio-temporal distribution evolution of high-speed railway network carrying capacity considering the change of demand and the characteristics of transportation resource layout.This project researches the following parts:detection-positioning-assessment method in the bottleneck of high-speed railway network carrying capacity,the technology of matching and optimization configuration for point and line capability,the refinement adaptability analysis between supply of capacity and demand of passenger flow,and other key technologies like enhancing capacity and improving comprehensive performance.The study forms the theory and method system of comprehensive utilization on high-speed railway network carrying capacity.

以“强基达标、提质增效”为发展目标和实际需要的高铁运营,其网络通过能力的理论与方法亟需创新和突破,项目从高速铁路网络通过能力的计算理论、供需匹配、利用优化、效能提升方面开展研究,以达到合理利用高速铁路网络通过能力,提升运输服务质量和效率,完善铁路运输领域能力理论基础研究的目的。项目围绕大规模复杂影响因素下通过能力要素作用机理与定量关系,适应中国高速铁路网络运营特征的通过能力动态供需适应关系,网络能力利用特征及动态演化机理,以及考虑需求变化与运力资源布局特征的网络通过能力时空分布演化规律四个关键科学问题,取得系列理论与应用成果。包括:1)研究了成网条件下高速铁路通过能力要素间的耦合、递阶等作用关系,提出了运营大数据支撑下的高速铁路网络通过能力计算理论;2)提出高速铁路网络通过能力供需动态适应性理论构架,解决复杂乘客需求下的高速铁路运输资源配置优化和需求反馈调整问题;3)搭建高速铁路网络通过能力瓶颈识别、转移、消解与协调优化技术体系,解决网络运营条件下的各类运行组织行为的能力利用优化问题;4)完成了高速铁路需求演化规律分析,探索运输资源布局优化方法,实现能力加强的相关关键技术;5)将本研究形成的通过能力计算、供需匹配分析、网络能力瓶颈识别和能力加强方法进行整合并研发高铁线路能力计算管理系统和京沪高速铁路网络能力利用评估与优化系统;研究成果以我国实际已建成的高速铁路网络(京沪高铁沪宁段)为案例背景展开实证研究。项目主要研究内容在国内外期刊和会议上发表和录用论文57篇,其中Sci检索论文21篇,Ei期刊及会议论文近30篇;申请专利6项(已授权2项),软著8项,出版专著2部,开发软件系统2项(在上海铁路局完成应用示范),培养博士生21名(毕业12名,在读9名),硕士生66名(毕业48名,在读18名)。

    This paper studies the express train transportation organization to ensure that the cargo can be delivered in the shortest time. Based on this, this paper makes the following research: By comparing the characteristics of express cargo and the characteristics of its transportation, the time value of express cargo is studied. This paper analyzes the transportation organization of the express train, introduces the organization of the express train, and divides it into direct trains and transit trains to analyze the transportation organization process. Then, the model of the express train transfer node selection model is established. The model is based on the minimum cost of the train and the sum of the unit mileage cost and the time cost. The conditions for the delivery of various cargo, transportation capacity and traffic flow are constrained. The model and the solution ideas are proposed. The above model is verified by constructing a virtual network and formulating reasonable data. Finally, the stop nodes of each express train are obtained, and the correctness of the model is verified.

    With the rapid development of economy, the demand of road transportation is increasing day by day. On the other hand, with the continuous progress of road conditions and vehicle technology, drop and pull transportation, an advanced form of freight transportation organization, is getting more and more attention from government departments and transportation enterprises. Based on the SWOT analysis, the development status and problems of China's drop and pull transportation were researched deeply. Combined with the advantages of China's Information and Communication Technology and big data technology, some reasonable suggestions were put forward for the development of drop and pull transportation from the aspects of vehicle technology, freight source organization and informatization. It is hoped that drop and pull transportation will become more intensive, efficient and environmentally friendly.

    A large number of subway trains depart from the depot before the morning rush hour, so the exit capacity of depot is insufficient. Using Anylogic software as the simulation platform, the paper has carried out an in-depth study on the exit capacity of depot from the perspectives of the access line and the main line, analyzed the impact of access lines capacity on exit capacity of depot under different conditions; researched the impact of different main line occupancy conditions caused by different traffic densities on exit capacity of depot. Taking the existing exit capacity of depot of Taipinghu Depot as an example, corresponding optimization scheme is put forward, and the effectiveness is verified by building a simulation model.

    China's high-speed rail is already at the forefront of the world. The layout of the high-speed railway bus terminal is not only related to the construction of the high-speed rail network, but also a major strategic decision for urban development, and it is related to another leap forward development opportunity for the city. At present, the evaluation plan of the railway hub passenger transport system is not perfect, because many aspects of the plan are difficult to quantify, and it is prone to inaccurate judgments of factors that lead to more one-sided conclusion. This paper establishes a comparatively comprehensive set of layout evaluation indicators, advocates selecting or creating a corresponding index construction index system according to the characteristics of the evaluation target, and combines the entropy weighting method and the TOPSIS method to form a new rating method and applies it to the layout evaluation. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    This paper puts forward the ideas and methods for evaluating the transfer and connection ability of multi-mode rail transit, including high-speed railway, inter-city railway, regional railway and urban rail transit. In the first place, based on the transfer station, the transfer process of passenger flow is analyzed. After that, there are three ratios taken as calculation indexes which are the ratio of transport capacity to transport capacity, service facilities capacity to transport capacity, waiting time to transfer process time. In the end, a crucial step, the transfer capacity of rail transit terminal is calculated by using the entropy weight and TOPSIS method. In summary, a set of methods and procedures for evaluating the transfer and connection capacity of rail transit terminal are obtained, and an example is given to illustrate the transfer system to the subway system of Chengdu East Passenger Transport station on a certain day.

    In view of the problems of high transportation cost, low loading and unloading efficiency, poor reinforcement in the transportation of glass and coiled steel, combined with the transportation of tubular goods such as aluminum rods and logs, a safe, stable and recyclable 20ft multifunctional platform container is designed, which is based on the "Code for Steel Structure Design". The overall structure of the 20ft multifunctional platform container consists of two parts: The bottom "platform"and the upper "A-frame", which has three functions of loading coiled steel, tubular goods and bare glass. In addition, the feasibility of loading cargo on platform container was checked in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for Loading and Reinforcement of Railway Cargo". The platform container is constructed and carried on the finite element analysis by using the software named SolidWorks, its stress analysis and displacement analysis results are in line with relevant regulations. The designed multifunctional platform container can improve the loading and unloading efficiency of glass and coiled steel transportation, save loading reinforcement materials and transportation costs, having a promising market prospect. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    To ensure the feasibility of optimized train stop planning, this paper proposes a novel optimization method. A train scheduling compilation simulation experiment was conducted based on train stop planning. Train scheduling was then evaluated for optimization of train stop planning. Specifically, random interference and dynamic matching of buffer time distribution and train stop planning were embedded into the simulation experiment. The resources occupied and stability of train scheduling were adopted as the objective function, and passenger demand, number of stops were used as constraints. Genetic algorithm and the resolution strategy of constraint conflict were designed to solve the model. Finally, numerical experiments were implemented based on the operational data of Shanghai-Nanjing intercity railway. Results showed that optimized train stop planning improves carrying capacity by 8.47% under the premise of ensuring good stability, which verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach. © ASCE.

    In response to the issues of insufficient throat capacity at high-speed railway stations. This paper proposes a train scheduling model that considers the balance of capacity utilization and has the ability to optimize the train diagram under large-scale traffic flow. Considering the ability to use exclusive constraints, this model is a 0-1 planning model which is based on the cumulative flow theory, with the objective of minimizing total travel time of trains. Comparing with other models, this model has tighter constraints and can compress the decision space. In order to solve the large-scale example, this paper proposes a Lagrangian relaxation algorithm. This method decomposes the difficult problem into sub-problems that are easy to solve. Through examples, we prove that the proposed method improves the quality of the solution by 2.83%, and the upper and lower bound gap can be optimized to 24%. © ASCE.
