项目标书摘要:畜牧废水施灌对於农田土壤品质之影响台湾畜牧产业常以小规模经营,对於朝向全球集约化生产方式所衍生之生产成本处於弱势,又因土地面积及自然环境限制,面临无法与全国贸易产量抗衡危机。环保署於106年起开徵畜牧业水污染防治费,而农委会为建构友善农业生产环境,因此自104年起即强化推动畜牧粪尿水回归农地作为肥分使用,以减少化学肥料使用量,并能维持地力及确保农业生产永续经营。本研究主要针对云林地区畜牧场粪尿水施灌农田,分析丰、枯水期之土壤酸硷度值、土壤饱和抽出液之导电度、有效性磷、总氮、铜及锌等项目,并持续监测106年设立简易监测井分析施灌畜牧废水农地及非施灌畜牧废水地下水农地之品质及植体分析,进而探讨施灌畜牧废水对於土壤、地下水体及植物之品质影响。畜牧业温室气体排放清册及统计国内外趋势探讨为持续了解本国畜牧部门温室气体排放量变化。本计划主要工作除了持续更新我国畜牧部门温室气体排放资料库(1900年至2018年)外,亦召开两次专家会议,共同检讨排放方法、系数与活动数据,评估我国与世界各国畜牧部门采用排放方法之特色。并配合提出环保署国家温室气体排放清册审议会,参与相关会议。
Application Abstract: Studies on Carbon Reduction and Biogas Utilizing in the Livestock Farm Effects of irrigation with livestock wastewater on farmland soil quality Taiwan's livestock industry is often run on a small scale that for theglobal intensive production methods derived from the production costs in a weak position.Due to land area and natural environment constraints,faced with the national trade output can not compete with the crisis.The Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)started to levy livestock water pollution control costs in 2017,and Council of Agriculture,Executive Yuan promoted the establishment of a friendly agricultural production environment,therefore since 2015 to promote livestock manure return to farmland as fertilizer use,reduce the use of chemical fertilizers,and to maintain the capacity and to ensure that agricultural production and sustainable management.This study is mainly aimed at the application of manure water in farmland in Yunlin area.Detection of soil pH value in wet and dry season,conductivity of soil saturated extract,available phosphorus,total nitrogen,copper and zinc.And continue to monitor the establishment of a simple monitoring wells in 2017 to analyze the quality of agricultural land for agricultural wastewater irrigation and non-irrigation livestock wastewater groundwater quality and plant analysis and then to explore the irrigation and livestock wastewater for soil,groundwater and plant quality.Discussion on livestock industry GHG emissions inventory ans statistics of trends for domestic and overseas This study will continuously update the greenhouse gas emissions inventory(GHG)forour livestock,review our past studies on local emission factors and activity data,collect the foreign GHG,assess their ratios relatively to total GHG,andanalyze possible mitigation technology and projects.Those works are toevaluate our past,present and future GHGs and trends on livestock in order toprovide the references.
