项目标书摘要:The project addresses triggered drug release by red/NIR light from new polymeric nanocontainers.To this end we research different block copolymer concepts to couple triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion to chemical reactivity of photoacids and photobases leading to drug release.Furthermore,based on polymers developed during the first funding period we will study the light-mediated formation and dissociation of interpolyelectrolyte complexes(IPECs)as another tool for drug transport and temporally controlled release.
