项目标书摘要:长江中下游流域是我国经济发展最快的区域之一,处于经济转型期,沿江居民的生活方式、饮食结构发生了巨大的变化,加之城镇化带来的空气、水体污染等环境危险因素增加,该地区居民的健康水平和环境危险因素需要系统评估。本课题基于泰州与常州队列,进一步优化江苏省自然人群队列的建设,完成江苏省沿江地区6万自然人群队列建设。建立人群队列动态随访系统和高效的终点事件发生追踪系统,对人群进行持续随访;构建常见慢性病疾病风险模型,为地方政府制定预防政策提供科学依据。本课题还将建成华东区域自然人群队列数据管理与共享服务平台,整合项目收集的10万人群数据资源及生物样本信息,为本项目及整个精准医学研究提供队列资源。目前,已完成华东区域自然人群队列项目相关技术与规范建设,建成6万标准化的江苏省沿长江地区自然人群队列,完成数据库与生物样本库建设,简要分析了队列人群特征及自报告发病情况;建成适于区域队列的实时、高效的随访方案,并展开了随访工作;建成华东区域队列数据平台;完成常见慢性病风险评估和预测模型构建。
Application Abstract: The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin is one of the fastest growing regional economy in China with a period of economic transition.Great changes have taken place in the way of life style and diet structure of residents along the river.Risk factors of environment,such as air and water pollution,increases under the circumstance of urbanization.The health level and environmental risk factors in the area need to be systematically assessed.Based on the Changzhou Cohort and Taizhou Cohort,this study further optimizes the construction of the natural population cohort in Jiangsu province,and completes the construction of the natural population cohort of 60,000 people along the riverside region of Jiangsu province.A dynamic follow-up system and an efficient end-point event tracking system will be established to continuously follow up the population.The risk prediction model of common chronic diseases is constructed to provide scientific basis for local governments to formulate prevention policies.This study will also build a data management and sharing service platform for natural population cohort in east China,integrate data resources and biological sample information of 100,000 people,provide cohort resources for precision medical research.At present,the study has completed the construction of related technologies and specifications of the natural population cohort in east China,completed the establishment of standardized natural population cohort of 60,000 people along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province,completed the construction of the database and biological sample database,and briefly analyzed the characteristics of the population and self-reported diseases.A real-time and efficient follow-up plan suitable for the regional cohort was built,and the follow-up work was carried out.The cohort data platform in east China was initially built.The risk assessment and prediction models for common chronic diseases were completely constructed.
