项目标书摘要:针对全周期变速驱动游梁式抽油机所引起的全耦合动力学问题,以电动机—抽油机—杆管液—抽油泵为研究对象,采用多节点动态同步测试技术,开展电机功率、减速器输出扭矩、杆柱载荷、悬点速度和泵效等多参量瞬态同步测试研究。依此建立抽油机运动、杆管液受迫有阻尼振动和泵阀流固耦合特性之间的全耦合动力学模型。从而揭示全周期变速驱动抽油机节能机理,提出抽油机变速优化策略模型和抽油机综合工作性能评价方法。主要研究内容:变速驱动游梁式抽油机系统全耦合动力学模型与求解方法;变速驱动时游梁式抽油机井降载节能机理及其综合性能评价方法;实验研究变速驱动时游梁式抽油机系统综合性能。本项目将揭示全周期变速驱动时抽油机运动特性、杆管液有阻尼受迫振动耦合特性、泵阀启闭特性及系统全耦合作用机制,获得全周期变速优化运行轨迹曲线,建立抽油机综合工作性能评价方法。该项目属于机械采油节能技术应用基础理论研究,具有重要的应用背景和发展需求。

Application Abstract: To research the unity-coupling dynamics problem of beam pumping unit by variable-speed-driving(VSD),we select prime motor、rod pump、rod-tube-fluid and oil pump as the research object and adopt multi-points dynamic testing technology to measure the multi-parameters of motor power,net torque of gearbox,load of rod,suspension velocity and pump efficiency.So,we will set up the unity-coupling dynamics models including kinetic characteristic of rod pump,damping vibration of rod-tube-fluid,and fluid-structure interaction of pump valve.We will reveal the energy-saving mechanism of rod pump by VSD and thereby set up a VSD optimizing method and an evaluation methodology for the comprehensive performance of rod pump.The main research contents are as follow:study on coupling dynamical model and calculation method of rod pump with VSD;study on energy-saving mechanism and evaluation methodology of rod pump with VSD;analyze the comprehensive performance of rod pump with VSD by experiments.This research will reveal the action mechanism of the unity-coupling dynamic system property,the kinetic characteristic of rod pump,the forced vibration performance with damp of rod-rube-fluid and the start-stop performance of pump valve,and will achieve the period track curve of the driving velocity,and will establish a comprehensive performance evaluation method of rod pump.This research belongs to the basic theory research for the energy-saving technology of rod pump,and has significant application background and development demand in oilfields.

游梁式抽油机变速运行节能技术在国内外多个油田均有应用,该技术的目的是降低悬点载荷和能耗,增强采油装备的系统性能,但实际应用中有些油井出现了平衡差,超扭矩,泵效低等现象。现有变速节能技术偏重于工程应用,缺少相关基础理论和节能机理研究。针对全周期变速驱动游梁式抽油机所引起的全耦合动力学问题,以电动机—抽油机—杆管液—抽油泵为研究对象,采用多节点动态同步测试技术,开展电机功率、减速器输出扭矩、杆柱载荷、悬点速度和泵效等多参量瞬态同步测试研究,具体研究成果:考虑惯性载荷的影响,依据扭矩因数和悬点载荷建立曲柄轴处的扭矩平衡方程;根据电机特性计算获得曲柄的变角速度,得出曲柄轴的变角加速度,完成变速运行时的惯性扭矩求解;依据单元体受力平衡条件,建立杆管液三维有阻尼受迫振动力学偏微分方程模型;采用隐式差分格式,编制程序进行了杆管液三维波动方程的求解;联立电动机负载特性函数、四杆机构动力学函数和杆管液三维振动力学方程为偏微分方程组,并互为边界条件进行全耦合动力学方程求解,编制程序进行隐式迭代计算,求解出抽油机井系统多个节点的瞬态参量;以节电率最大为优化目标,以杆柱应力、减速箱净扭矩不超载及泵效不下降为约束条件,对理论计算的电机功率曲线进行傅里叶变换,逐阶展开获得最优电机驱动速度曲线;在游梁式抽油机模拟试验井上,进行变速运行多节点同步测试,验证理论模型的可靠性。该项目属于机械采油节能技术应用基础理论研究,具有重要的应用背景和发展需求。

    针对同井注采系统井下封隔锚定失效检测困难且时效性差,造成生产及能源浪费的问题,研究了一种井下油管封隔锚定松脱预警方法,并开发了相应的同井注采系统封隔失效检测装置。通过检测井口套管应变以及受力状况,推导油管受力情况,从而分析判断井下封隔锚定装置的工作状态。基于WIN CE嵌入式操作系统开发了便携式油管封隔锚定失效预警检测仪器,以12V蓄电池作为能源,在井口套管贴应变片组成惠斯通电桥,以此测量井口套管应变,利用油管封隔锚定失效预警检测仪器采集并记录井口套管应变数据,通过对比井口套管应变历史数据,即可判定井下油管锚定工作状况。在对30口同井注采井的长期监测中,发现4口井的坐封载荷远低于坐封时加载的载荷,判定这4口井属于封隔锚定失效井,这与实际情况相符。现场测试结果表明该仪器可以及时预警井下封隔锚定装置松脱故障,有效指导生产,提高经济效益。

    针对我国油田抽油机井系统效率低和能耗大的问题,首先对进油阀的结构、开启程度、流量系数、流体过阀流动形态划分及阀球直径进行计算分析,确定进油阀球直径为38. 1mm。然后建立了抽油泵进油阀实体模型和流体域模型,结合有限元仿真技术,对抽油泵阀隙流进行了数值模拟,分析了流量、液体黏度和密度等因素对液体过阀流动规律的影响,采用二元线性回归方法得出进油阀流量系数与雷诺数、泵阀开启程度的函数关系。研究结果表明:进油阀球室越高,开启程度越大,流体阻力压降损失越小,但当泵阀开启程度大于0. 8时,对流体过阀流动性能的影响很小,因此球室高度只需限制开启程度略大于0. 8即可,即球室高度不小于阀球直径的1. 25倍。研究结果可进一步推动抽油泵泄漏理论的研究,也可为抽油泵的结构改进和效率提高提供理论依据。

    潜油电泵用旋转式气液分离器具有分离效率高、结构紧凑等优点,并广泛应用于含气油田油井的开采。利用CFD技术对分离器内流流道进行了数值仿真,获得了气体分数在流场内的分布情况,以及压力场和速度场,结果表明CFD计算结果很好地诠释了气液分离器的分离机理和内流道两相流的流动情况,为分离器的优化设计和改型设计提供了一种科学的计算工具。

    天然裂缝或层理等弱界面的剪切破坏是体积压裂裂缝网络形成的关键因素。利用数字散斑相关技术,通过三点弯曲构建了Ⅰ型裂缝经过弱界面时的扩展特性实验,获得了试件表面位移场和应变场的变化规律。实验结果表明:Ⅰ型裂缝扩展至弱界面层后,裂缝发生短暂停滞扩展,裂缝尖端张开位移迅速增加,Ⅰ型裂缝尖端钝化,弱界面剪切应变迅速增加,裂缝由Ⅰ型裂缝转变为Ⅰ--Ⅱ复合型裂缝并转向扩展。

    The difficulty of collecting fault data samples is one of the application problems of the deep learning method in fault diagnosis of mechanical production; the second is that when the depth of the learning network increases, the network accuracy is saturated or even decreased. Therefore, based on the deep learning algorithm and the DenseNet model, this paper establishes a fault diagnosis model for the beam pumping unit through the transfer learning method. The model uses the global pooling layer as the classifier. The model is used to classify and test various working conditions such as wax deposition, pump leakage, insufficient liquid supply, and pump leakage in oil wells. The results show that the model can obtain a classification model with high accuracy by learning a limited number of sample data; in the case of uneven data samples, the model can also basically complete the task classification task accurately. Through the evaluation of the test set, the model has an average accuracy of more than 95% in identifying various working conditions.

    With the development of hydraulic system to high pressure gradually, the leakage risk of sealing system increases, and it is necessary to confirm the performance parameters of sealing structure through analysis and calculation. The traditional analysis of the friction and wear performance of the seal ring is limited to the amount of wear, and cannot describe the surface wear characteristics of the O-ring in detail. Based on the Archard model, this paper constructs a model to analyse and calculate the friction and wear performance of the dynamic seal structure through the material characteristics and operating parameters, analyses the friction and wear characteristics of the O-ring seal structure under different compression ratio, medium pressure, relative slip velocity and temperature, and summarizes the influence of each single variable on the wear characteristics of the dynamic seal structure. According to the analysis in this paper, the increase of medium pressure of 5 MPa will cause the wear concentration area of the contact surface to move to the back pressure side, and the overall wear will be reduced, but the increase of contact area will lead to the weakening of sealing effect. By the action of 15 MPa, when the compression ratio is between 5% and 10%, the change of cumulative wear rate and the wear rate of each node is small.

    The "Oil and Gas Water Well Production Data Management System Database" provides great assistance for oilfield production, monitoring, and management. However, due to the harsh conditions of oil field wells and the lack of some test data, traditional management methods are no longer suitable for present condition. At the same time, optimization analysis for a single oil well has a high cost and low efficiency, and it is difficult to achieve the modern management goal of large-scale pumping well groups. In this paper, the grey correlation method is used to analyze the direct correlation between the influencing factors and the system efficiency, surface equipment driving efficiency, and wellbore lifting efficiency, and the improvement method against factors with strong correlation is prioritized. A multi-node evaluation index system for pumping well systems and corresponding improvement methods were constructed, and evaluation software was compiled. This technology considers the running condition of the pumping unit in one oil field block, and selects the oil wells to be improved according to the evaluation index, and puts forward the targeted improvement methods according to the common problems of the oil well. This paper provides a set of reliable technical methods for the efficient management of the oil well in the oil field block. © 2021, Strojarski Facultet. All rights reserved.
