Application Abstract: By designing the parameters of pre-foaming molding of beads,making hollow patterns and risers,researching and designing a reasonable pouring system,improving the deoxidation of molten steel,applying molten steel slag blocking and filtering purification technology,first burning and then pouring,etc.Casting defects such as carbon slag,shrinkage holes,slag inclusions,and air holes that are easy to produce in cylinder head castings have successfully developed the lost foam casting of loader cylinder head castings,and have entered mass production with stable quality.
