项目标书摘要:建立了网格分布式物理水文模型,定量评估了人工降雨雪对地表水、土壤水和地下水的影响,完善了人工降雨雪影响下区域水资源量评价方法,提出了石羊河流域人工降雨雪对区域水资源影响的分析结果。基于“彭曼—蒙特斯”方法构建了与降雨过程匹配的农田灌溉需水量预测模型,构建了人工降雨雪影响下区域水资源供需平衡分析方法,提出了典型人工降雨雪方案影响下的石羊河流域分布式需水预测结果。提出了区域空中水资源和陆地水资源联合调控的技术框架,基于启发式多层次分解协调的区域水资源利用仿真与调控建模方法构建了适用于石羊河流域快速求解的水资源配置模型,在石羊河流域实现了空陆水资源联合调控实例研究。模拟结果表明空陆水资源联合调控有效地缓解了石羊河流域水资源供需矛盾。分析我国不同水资源分区水资源利用程度及特点,为工降雨雪影响下区域水资源综合利用策略研究奠定坚实的基础。

Application Abstract: A grid-based distributed physical hydrological model was established to quantitatively evaluate the impact of artificial rainfall and snow on surface water,soil water,and groundwater.The method for evaluating regional water resources under the influence of artificial rainfall and snow was improved.Results of analysis of regional water impacts.Based on the"Pengman-Montes"method,a prediction model of farmland irrigation water demand that matches the rainfall process was constructed,and a regional water supply and demand balance analysis method under the influence of artificial rainfall and snow was constructed.Forecast results of distributed water demand in river basins.A technical framework for joint control of regional aerial water resources and terrestrial water resources is proposed.Based on heuristic multi-level decomposition and coordination of regional water resources simulation and regulation modeling methods,a water resource allocation model suitable for rapid solution in the Shiyang River Basin is constructed.A case study of joint control of air and land water resources in the Shiyang River Basin.The simulation results show that the joint control of air and land water resources has effectively alleviated the contradiction between water supply and demand in the Shiyang River Basin.Analyze the utilization degree and characteristics of water resources in different water resources subdivisions in China,and lay a solid foundation for the study of regional water resources comprehensive utilization strategies under the influence of industrial rainfall and snow.
