项目标书摘要:研究解决了大型圆柱廓形在线测量中两个核心问题:高精度廓形测量重构和圆柱度形状误差包容评定,其现实意义在于在不确定导轨和轴系运动精度的测量环境下实现高精度的圆柱廓形在线重构,进而实现包括圆柱度、母线直线度、圆度、锥度等圆柱形状误差高精度测量评定。研究丰富了形状误差在线测量理论,将误差分离理论从二维拓展到三维,为大型轴类零件廓形在线精密测量提供了有价值的技术手段,为促进国家装备制造业科技水平的提升具有重要科学意义和应用价值。

Application Abstract: The studies have solved two critical issues of the large cylindrical profile measurement online:one is how to accurately measure and reconstruct the cylindrical profile,the other is how to evaluate the cylindricity error according to a criterion of the envelope requirement.Research’s practical significance lies in achieving high precision online reconstruction cylindrical profile in the measurement environment of the uncertain error motions of the slider and the spindle,with which the form errors including cylindricity,generatrix straightness,roundness and taper can be evaluated high-accurately.Research achievements enriche the form error online measurement theories,and expande the theory of error separation from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.The proposed methods provides valuable technical means for online precision measurement of large cylinder parts profile so that national equipment manufacturing technology level is promoted.Studies have some important scientific significances and application values.
