项目标书摘要:资源的匮乏与环境的破坏已成为制约经济社会发展的重要瓶颈。而发展农业循环经济正是破解这一难题的重要途径,从而实现农业的可持续发展,达到环境、经济与社会的三赢。本研究在阐述农业循环经济理论的基础上,运用生态经济学、博弈论、信息经济学等较为成熟的理论,采用文献研究法、理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法与多学科交叉的分析方法等多种方法,通过对国外发展农业循环经济的激励机制建设的分析借鉴,以及对湖南省农业循环经济发展的激励机制建设所存在问题的剖析,提出如何构建湖南农业循环经济发展的激励机制,并为湖南农业循环经济发展的激励机制的推进提供对策建议。探索适应湖南特点的农业循环经济发展的激励机制,为全省研究制定农业循环经济发展战略提供具有较高科学价值的决策依据。
Application Abstract: Resource shortages and ruining of environment have been become the bottleneck for the survival and development of economy and society.as Developing agricultural circulation economy is an important way to solve this problem,So as to realize the sustainable development of agriculture,reach multi-wins between environment,economy and society.The research is based on the basis of expounding the theory of agricultural circulation economy,we utilize the mature theory of Ecological economics,Tame Theory,information economics,and so on.A variety of methods are adopted,such as documentary research,Combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis and interdisciplinary analysis,through the analysis and learn the incentive mechanism construction of agricultural circulation economy from abroad,and the analysis problems remain in terms of the incentive mechanism construction of agricultural circulation economy in Hunan Province and providing some suggestions for Hunan Province with advancing the incentive mechanism construction of agricultural circulation economy.In order to provide comparatively higher theoretical and practical value decision-making basis for formulating the development strategies for development of agricultural circulation economy in Hunan Province,we will be exploring the incentive mechanism construction of agricultural circulation economy which can adapt to the feature of Hunan Province.
